First off I wanna thank keith for providing excellent service ever. I have a 2006 infiniti g35 I went in for a oil change, and I brought my own oil and filter and just cost me 45$ which is a steal in my opinion! My car has an aftermarket oil pan and takes an extra qt of oil to be full and also has a aftermarket drain plug with magnet on the end to catch metal deposits, I didn’t remind them because I was just getting oil change and that was my fault i will take 100% of that, but as i got done getting in my car i noticed he only used 5 qts and the extra bottle was sitting there not being used and my takes 6 so i was like I totally forgot to tell him because I know his computer only told him to use a certain amount and my car was different, so I told him, and he immediately pulled it in and put the extra qt in and i was done just like that! But then I noticed when I got home, they changed my drain plug to a different one and the one I had was a magnetic end and I needed that one back, but I forgot to tell them so that was on me i fully take responsibility as the customer i was wrong for not telling him , I went back up there and they still had it and he told me I can do it no problem and he would put a vacuum on top where you put the oil in and keep the oil in the car and they would switch out the drain plugs. i was like “you could do that for me, really???” And he said yes its no problem. I felt bad cause I didn’t tell him so he couldn’t have known. But he took care of me and got me right and i just have to applaud keith for going the extra miles and taking care of me and my car for me! I will definitely be coming back this service was top notch! Keith is the man!!

My family and I were on a road trip and broke down. These guys really helped us out. Stephanie at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. The manager Heath is a really great guy and let us come to look at what was happening with our vehicle and explained everything to us. The guy that worked on our Jeep, Matt, is the best. He answered all our questions and even figured out some things going on that our regular mechanic missed. Everyone in this area must also LOVE this place because it was rather busy. But they’re efficient and thorough. It was a bummer that our car broke down but I’m so grateful to everyone here that helped get us back on the road.

Love these people!! They are always so friendly and willing to answer questions and give you all the information you need to take care of your car or understand what's going on. Prices are pretty average. Always excellent quality of service or referrals to the right places! :) Shoutout to Thomas who helped me out with an oil change and inspection, answered my billion questions, and let me know which *possible* future issues to keep an eye on, without any pressure to buy anything or add another service that I wasn't planning on, he rocks! I have come here a couple times but now this place has definitely become my go-to :)

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a car service. We went in only for an oil change, but the manager added extra services and charges without our approval. He took advantage of a young girl’s trust, held the car without explanation, and refused to provide any proof or video showing that we had approved anything. We ended up having to pay, but they didn’t change the oil or fix anything. Instead, they returned the car completely damaged and not running. We had to rent a tow truck to take it somewhere else. When we tried to speak with the manager, he was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We even called the police to make a report, but were told it would have to go to small claims court. For anyone just starting out with a small car, please be careful — this place is not trustworthy. Never send your kids here alone. God knows they damaged our car and never took responsibility for it. Please stay away from this location.

Wonderful job. Even though I got there pretty late in the day I was surprised how quickly they got me in and out. Thomas was my technician and he was very knowledgeable but not pushy in any kind of way. He suggested an additional service and I am really glad he did as I thought something was wrong with the transmission. The staff in the office was also very friendly and answered all my questions.

This place is not the Kwik Kar you think it is. It is a privately owned location and it feels like it. There is no professionalism and no accountability. You are not dealing with a business. You are dealing with a family that thinks they can talk to customers however they want. My experience with the manager, Heith, was one of the most uncomfortable interactions I have ever had with any service shop. The second I asked questions about pricing and recommended services, the tone changed. He got loud, defensive, and acted like I was a problem for wanting clarity. It felt like the goal was to get me to agree to whatever they said without thinking. If you are young or you do not know much about cars, please do not come here alone. I walked out feeling like the entire situation was built around pushing unnecessary services and hoping the customer will just nod and pay. It felt predatory. It felt intentional. I left with zero trust. Don’t let your sons and daughters come here, especially not alone. There are many shops in this area. This should not be one of them you go to. edit: must’ve been another victim

I visited on a Saturday and they were fully staffed. Courteous, friendly, and professional. I needed a state inspection and I was in and out in about 35 minutes only because they had a car in the bay. I had visited two other places similar to this one that were a little closer to home. Neither shop had a state inspector on staff that day. I don’t know the circumstances, but I appreciate the fact that Kwik Kar in Denton and their employees knew the importance of being open and available on a huge retail shopping day over the weekend. I have visited them before and will return.

I've been coming to this KwikKar location for a while now. Prices are reasonable and they are upfront about costs and fees before starting any work. Employees are well trained here and friendly. It does feel like they may recommend some services, but they are not pushy. I'd recommend it for oil changes and repairs. Once I've had a fuel sensor fail, and another repair shop had cleared the code without logging it. My emission test was failing. They were able to figure out what was wrong and got it fixed.
