Called them for a diesel pickup that needed a glow plug changed and the drive belt swapped. They charged me $1300 and didn’t even change a single glow plug. After I paid the bill, I asked the gentleman to leave. The bill is absurd, I question how hard he even tried to remove the glow plugs (this is a 4 year old truck!). He was scared of breaking a glow plugs in the head which I am glad he was, but I honestly don’t think he knew enough about this engine to work on it. He recommended I go to the dealer - which by the way was somehow cheaper than using his service! I would never recommend using this company and will never use them again. For the record, I agreed to 4-5 hours of work and was charged 7 hours + a diagnosis fee which I had to fight to get back (which he eventually did - $184) and literally only got a belt changed. Wild.
