Amazing collision shop. Called around and First Choice was the quickest to get my car in and quickest turn around. Most shops had a wait of 3 weeks to a month until they could get my car in. I only had to wait until I receive the estimate and took my car in. My vehicle was on the shop for 3 weeks and needed a lot of work done. Other shops would take 2-3 months for my car to get fixed. Let me just tell you my car looks like a brand new vehicle. I had hail damage fixed not too long ago and have missing parts that we’re going to take a month to come in. Been almost 3 months and still no parts and can’t get ahold of anyone to find out where they are. Would never use another shop in this area!

I’ve been using first choice since they first ever started. From body work, to paint correction to hail damages. They’ve always had my vehicles in and out fast. They fight for you and deal with the insurance for you. They make it so easy for me. They never disappoint in there work. I’m always satisfied when I pick up my vehicles. Highly recommended. In my opinion. Best body shop in the Permian basin hands down.

Run far away from this auto body shop. Had my vehicle for over two months for a simple bumper replacement. Poor paint quality, matching to existing color was horrible and did not clear coat properly (has a matte finish), gapping was completely uneven on the bumper to side panel seams. They tried to return the car twice with unresolved issues, electrical and misfiring issue. Literally returned by car with turn signals not working and told its fine. The car was returned with an extra 32 miles on it (recorded the mileage when it was dropped off) not sure why it would have an extra 32 miles on it for a simple bumper replacement. The owner stated he would pay for a rental after the first month when the vehicle repair went into the second month but never delivered on that promise of paying for the rental for the second month. Billed my insurance twice after they screwed up. Please learn from my mistake and stay as far away as possible from this shop. If you want empty promises and subpar work this is your place.

I took my Yukon to have some paint work done as well as some window tint. The turn around on his work is outstanding. I expected to be without a vehicle much longer. The quality of the work done I’d definitely give it a 10/10. My window tint is all cut correctly no bubbles and they even washed and cleaned it up for me. When I pulled up to pick it up I fell in love with it all over again. Thanks Jose & your team for the great work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. If you know me you know I love my vehicles and always try and use the BEST!

I’ll have to say, from the first phone call to the last and everything in between with First Choice Collision, their customer service was outstanding, upfront & they always kept me updated. They made it so easy for my busy lifestyle from the estimate to the completion of the body work on my car. I sent in pics, was emailed an invoice, within three days my car was looking mighty fine again, parts were ordered, here the next day, parts were painted & then they only had my car for body work for one day, one day!! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone because of their great work but most of all their customer service and will definitely be using them again myself as they also offer many many other services to keep your vehicle in running & looking good!!

I usually refrain myself from sharing horrible experiences I have with companies, but I have to share this. Today, I detailed my car since receiving my car from the shop. I was cleaning my rims and noticed some black tar looking stuff on my wheels. So I scrubbed only to see that my rim was damaged and the shop tried covering it up. I thought to myself, ok, just a little scrape, no big deal. Then noticed it on two other rims. These were brand new rims. Wow, the do this for a living and can't do any thing right. This is maybe 2 weeks after I recieved my vehicle and had to torque down every bolt on my calipers, rims, hub wheel assemblies and rotors. Was washing my convertible top and noticed burns all over it, like what the hell were these people doing? Anyways, stay away from this shop, unless you personally can check all the work done to your vehicle or know someone who can. Disappointing.

I went in after an 18 wheeler showered my car with gravel. They had to paint the fender, hood, pillar, and replace the windshield and bumper. Car looks brand new (it is), but there isn't a mark on it and they perfectly matched the paint. The guy in the front answered all of my questions, and was very courteous throughout the process. I hope I never have to go back, but if I do, they'll be the first place I go to.

First Choice Collision Center has to be the friendliest and most accommodating body shop in Odessa. After repairing our car's damage last summer, there was no doubt where we would take it for our most recent damage. They do quality work at the best prices in town (we visited six different body shops). Our car was picked up at home and delivered back to us as soon as the job was completed. An employee named Leo was friendly, professional, and scheduled our work in the most convenient way for us. After all was said and done, our car looks like new and we would recommend this body shop for anyone needing body work done.
