TERRIBLE experience with a deceptive company.
10:15PM - Request a tow-away of a ticketed car blocking my driveway. They confirmed they could do it, was told an hour wait.
11:30PM - I called again to follow-up, they said another hour, and someone was FOR SURE coming by 12:30AM.
12:40AM - STILL NOBODY. Called again and was told someone was definitely coming by 1:45AM and to stay put.
7AM - nobody ever came. Deceptive, wish they told me they couldn’t do it and I would’ve just put my car in a garage. ended up sitting in my car for hours waiting. The most irresponsible company I’ve ever come across.

block driveway I call this company they said will be there in 15 minutes I call 3 time every time said bad traffic just give us 15 minutes I wait almost 7 hours they did not showup so I call another towing company guys do not waste your time with this company call some one else I think this company need to change the name five star to zero star

I knew nothing about having a car blocking my driveway towed.
I called First Star and was provided with a list of what I needed. I gathered and provide the info and in a matter of minutes got a response back. I was kept in the loop throughout -they provide and update on the tow trucks arrival.
Fist Star towing, inc was fast, easy, and patient. I will definitely use their service again.

I locked my keys in my car in The Bronx and called First Star. Moe came to the rescue immediately! Got my door open in less than a minute. Great price. Great service. Amazing guy! Amazing company! Thank you so much Moe!
