This place does pretty good job finding problems with your car. Unfortunately they go a little too far by recommending all kinds of repair costing thousands of dollars, even though they see that the car is a junk worth few hundred tops, and only needs the basics done to pass inspection. They found my problem and fixed - for more than double what Firestone would have charged for labor ... Among other things also recommended to change transmission oil - my car has nearly 200,000 miles and all other shops strongly disagreed, since it could do more harm than good on such an old car. While there, I witnessed a very old man to bring an old car for inspection. When he paid they slipped him an estimate for stuff they recommend he fixed, totaling more than USD 700.00. Completely disgusted with the way they try to make money. May bring car there for diagnosis, but definitely not getting any job done there again....

They cheated me out of $800. They keep fixing things that wasn't broken on my car and lying to me saying "this is the problem", "that is the problem", I even told them what the problem was. And they lied to me and said it wasn't Then after paying $300 twice. They said it was the same problem that I told them the first time. And charge me an extra $200 to fix it. I should have sued them.

Blew a rear interior tire on my older 1977 F-350 dump truck a couple of days ago and was having a hard time finding someone locally who was familiar with that type of repair and equipped to fix it for me. A local car mechanic recommended that I take it to Five Points Motor Company just down the road between Jamestown and 311. The Bottom line is that… from start to finish I was so impressed with their demeanor , knowledge and service that I ended up having some other things fixed as well. Being a first time walk-in customer and in a situation where I had to have at least the tire work done soon… they could have easily taken advantage by charging me more. To my surprise the bill was definitely less than I anticipated. I am impressed… I will definitely be a return customer and would recommend them to others as well. Thank you Five Points Motor company.
