From the time I called the owner was helpful and quickly attended to my situation and needs. I was quickly directed to a shop where a nice guy did an estimation on my car and then Lucia helped me w my rental car and all other logistics. Easy and stress free. The employees act like they care about you. Was a pleasant experience. My car was returned fixed and cleaned. I’m very happy! 😃

He really made sure that I got informed and arranged for the rental company to pick up their vehicle at the shop so I would not waste kite time. My wife is pregnant and we've been trying to get our car fixed quickly. After a great initial appraisal experience we didn't hear anything back and it took a week of daily calls and leaving messages with no response before we finally got hold of them. They said they can't order our parts to repair our car because they had some outstanding account with Tesla and therefore can't order parts. I understand if they can't do the work, but would have been great to let us know so we can move on with our lives and not waste time chasing them.

To my dear friends at Fix Auto, The most warm and honest team … love talking to them and they have the patience to do work properly to the best standards. Simply excellent. In addition the founders are very knowledgeable and my bmw x3 is repaired like nothing happened. Aaron and His younger brother Josh are really outstanding people who check documentation and don’t make you wait unnecessarily without giving you the answer you want and the services or repair that’s needed. Although it took me 45 minutes to get to the Folsom garage to have my car fixed from a collision, I was happy to do so. Aaron, Josh and staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They even had my car washed and detailed. Although my car is 7 years old, it looks like new. Thank you all. You were great.

Our auto insurer referred us to Fix Auto 17th St in SF following a cut off fender bender. Wowee! I thought service like we experienced at Fix Auto was a thing of the past. Aaron (owner) is a consummate pro and a true gentleman who showed us kindness, respect and sensitivity during our estimate appointment with him. Excellent communication and superb knowledge base. His is a family business with multiple shops and connections to seamlessly serve our needs. For instance: Aaron arranged our rental car service to come to the shop to pick us up and at the end of the repair we were able to leave the rental at the shop there for pick up by the service. He saved us time and grief by arranging this. He greeted us like friends or neighbors during drop off of our vehicle and provides a reassuring and patient presence making sure we understood the repair process. He’s gracious customer oriented owner. His assistant Lucia is kind, friendly and knowledgeable too! You can tell a lot about a business by who’s employed there, you can tell when people are happy in their jobs or not. Great office vibes! After dropping our car for service, it was picked up promptly by the repair guys in less than the time it took us to complete check in. The repair to the front passenger bumper/side panel looks flawless, an expensive Prius sensor was replaced and is working spot on. Our car was returned to us in detailed condition, like when we bought it ant the dealership and with a fast turn around time. 4-5 days! Can you tell I’m (we’re) impressed? We cannot more highly recommend Fix Auto 17th St in the Mission! Many thanks Aaron!!!

Wow, these guys turned a bad day following a car crash around! Our insurance recommended this place and I arrived with our car on the tow truck and were immediately met curbside with a friendly hello and humor (much appreciated after a long day). I mentioned I was short on time and asked if I needed to be there for the unload and they took my number and handled the rest. I got a follow up call BEFORE my issuance with an update on the status of the car. Customer service is A++ Will definitely use Fix Auto on 17th for future car emergencies ❤️

Fix Auto really impressed me. Namely, Leticia who I worked with the most during my car ordeal. My little SmartCar got totaled by an Amazon delivery driver while it was sitting in front of my house. Fix Auto helped me tow the car and then worked with me as I navigated the nightmare insurance problem that is Amazon. My car was at Fix Auto for over 2 months (not common) until I finally donated it but Leticia was super helpful and responsive. While I can't comment on any kind of mechanical work being done, they really stepped up to help me in a time of high stress. Thank you!

This review is solely for the responsiveness of customer service. Although we did not engage with services, the outstanding effort and follow through of their rep (Lucia) impressed us. She followed up with phone and email and then - a week later- checked-in a final time. Wish she were my doctor/nurse, lol, but if we need car body work done in the future, I will certainly look here. I was recommended to Denny at Fix Body by my mechanic. I first met Denny back in February when someone backed into my car. I went to several body shops in the city and nobody would help me. I pulled up to Denny’s place, and he immediately grabbed a tool, fixed the issue right on the spot, and refused to take a penny. That alone left a huge impression on me. So when my car was recently damaged again—this time by a large garbage bin in two separate spots—I went straight back to Denny. In a stressfull situation, Denny and his team made the entire process absolutely seamless. He listened, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step. Throughout the entire process, I felt respected, taken seriously, not rushed and treated like a valued customer. My repairs took eight days, and my car looks brand new. About seven days into repairs through, staff called to update me, which I really appreciated. And when Denny gave me a specific date and time my car would be ready, it was ready exactly when he said it would be. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. I highly recommend Denny’s family-owned body shop to anyone who needs body work. He is honest and solid and my car looks brand new.
