I had a terrible experience with Fix Auto Burbank. After my car window was smashed, I chose this shop based on positive reviews and was assured over the phone that replacing the window would only take a day. However, I was met with constant delays, vague updates, and inconsistent information from the team. The staff promised that my insurance would cover a new window, yet only at pickup did they disclose that they used a secondhand window, which came with scratches! Despite high charges to my insurance, I felt misled about what I was actually paying for, and their poor communication left me feeling taken advantage of. Overall, I would not recommend this shop if you expect transparency or timely service.

Great experience working with Edward and Lauren to get my car fixed and painted. The techs did great work on my car. Went to them to take care of some body and paint work through a AAA insurance claim. Their techs also troubleshooted an issue i was having with my electronics. Communication and turnaround were excellent. Thanks guys.

Someone from the company rifled through my daughter‘s car stole all the quarters that she had in there for parking and they had to search to find them. They also unplugged her dash camera because it records the inside of the car and they went through the glove compartment, and then they threw things in the very back they left the car dusty didn’t even vacuum it out, and we specifically said do not put the horse emblem or the cross back on the back of the car because she was going to do that. We told them more than once they said they understood and they would not put them on. They did put them on and not correctly. they also stole a Polaroid picture of her and her best friend which I find disgusting. They had no business being inside the car other than to move it to the location. They were gonna do the work on the car. Nothing inside. The car should’ve been moved. Touched anything because they were only working on the back bumper and tailgate. Do not use this company at all. They are not trustworthy..

I can’t recommend this place enough! Fix Auto did a stellar job in repairing my back bumper that was impacted in a hit and run collision. Looking at the end result, you wouldn’t believe it was in a collision not long ago! The staff at Fix Auto were resourceful! Hardworking and understanding, add to account very sweet people! Can't say enough goofd things about this place. Lauren who mans the phones is just the best, as is Edward!! My car got smashed up real good on a Sunday morning (parked, thankfully) and I had it towed here due to the great reviews and proximity to our home. When I called them Monday morning to let them know my situation, Lauren was extremely kind and let me know the whole process as I got insurance rolling. The damage was substantial, especially to the front end/wheels/alignment. I was so nervous because it is a lease and I had to make sure repairs were top notch. The crew did an amazing job. I had my car back less than a WEEK later. It;s perfect. Lauren even called the rental car place for me when I was confused about my reservation. It's truly amazing how personable this place is. You just can't beat it. Thanks again!!

My fiance’s coworker recommended this shop since he had just had his car fixed here. I had gone to a few other shops that had quoted the repair work at a price that I thought was too high. I brought my Honda CRV in to have its front bumper repaired, and Edvard took care of everything. We got much more reasonable price and it was a very wonderful experience. The service, the turn around time; and the end result was amazing. Definitely going back if we ever need repair work done. Totally recommend this place to anyone on the fence, you wont regret it.
