If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here through USAA after I got rear ended and needed a new back bumper. Months later the bumper starts flopping on both sides when I’m on the freeway. Went back to have them fix the shitty job they made and they are blaming the damage on me. I have a less than 2 inches paint scratch, so not deep that if you touch it you don’t feel it, and apparently this is the proof I hit something so powerfully that broke the bumper, even on the left side where there’s no sign of scratches or nothing. SCAM!

I have had the unfortunate need for auto body shop a few times over the last 30 years. With some unsatisfactory experiences, I searched and found Acme Autoworks (now Fix Auto Burbank, same great people). I have had myself, and referred repairs to them all with great experience. I have had 2 major repairs done with them, most recently my 2024 Silverado unfortunately got rear ended at 30+ mph. It needed extensive repairs and all was done perfectly at Fix Auto Burbank. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

I had a terrible experience with Fix Auto Burbank. After my car window was smashed, I chose this shop based on positive reviews and was assured over the phone that replacing the window would only take a day. However, I was met with constant delays, vague updates, and inconsistent information from the team. The staff promised that my insurance would cover a new window, yet only at pickup did they disclose that they used a secondhand window, which came with scratches! Despite high charges to my insurance, I felt misled about what I was actually paying for, and their poor communication left me feeling taken advantage of. Overall, I would not recommend this shop if you expect transparency or timely service.
