Second time I have used Fix It/Jim & Jacks. I picked up my car yesterday, and it looks flawless. I appreciate the attention to detail on the Tesla. The fit and finish are great. Small item for future work on their part: communication between you, me, and the insurance company. Let’s remember: I don’t work there, and I should not drive the communication…instead, you lead it and keep me informed…don’t make me do the work. In the end, the car is great.

I drive a Camaro and recently got my front bumper stuck on a parking curb and damaged it when I backed out. Albert did an inspection and was able to secure it so that I could take an upcoming trip 2 1/2 hours away safely. He did not charge me for the inspection or securing the bumper. Fix Auto (Jim & Jacks) is a 1st rate facility. Clean..courteous staff. They make the hassle of repairing our car from being rear ended relatively easy. We dropped our car at the Hermosa Beach location. The car was repaired at their El Segundo facility where they work on Tesla's. I would highly recommend Jim & Jacks (Fix Auto) for anything from a fender bender to a major accident repair.

I got rear ended, and this shop was listed as one of the places to get my car fixed. I am so glad I chose them. They were absolutely wonderful! From Melina at the front desk to the gentlemen who explained what was happening with my car and worked on it, I was kept updated every step of the way— everything was made seamless. Additionally, when I picked up my car, I was In a hurry, and they were able to assist me By contacting the rental car place across the street so I could simply leave the car at their shop and be on my way! I had a terrific experience with Jim & Jack’s Collision Center in Hermosa Beach! Albert was incredibly helpful right out of the gate; he provided a thorough estimate and took the time to explain the entire repair process from start to finish. My service advisor, Abel, kept me appraised throughout the repairs and actually completed the work ahead of the promised date. Upon inspecting the car, I noticed they even went beyond the scope of work with a few minor touch-ups, which was a pleasant surprise. Finally, the check-out process with Melina was seamless and the final cost was spot on with the initial estimate.
