They were all so nice and the communication was great! They allowed me to drop off my car earlier than my appointment time. They always kept me updated on my car and the timeline of when it would be finished. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it took almost 3 weeks and when I went to pick it up there was a small flaw but they did fix it when I was there which was nice. Overall good experience, Thank you guys!!

Had an appointment scheduled through my insurance which they had to cancel because they weren’t open that early. I went ahead and rescheduled myself through their website. I understand since it’s out of their control. Now fast forward to my actually appointment. I had my official appointment 8 days ago for an estimate and still haven’t heard back. Called twice now and haven’t heard back. Regardless of whatever the reason will be that they will post for why this happened, you should always follow up with your customers and not leave them waiting.

Worst Body shop ever, once they knew that the insurance will pay 60% & I have to pay 40% they stopped everything, I told them I will solve the problem with the insurance, but they refuse any solution, I got yelled at by the smart pants Regional manager of Fix Auto Orange, he called me and demanded that I come take my car as is... all broken, I even agreed to pay my 40% part and told his to start repairing the vehicles, he refused and insisted for me to go get my car out of there (he was literally yelling and blaming me and that his body shop have no needs to be in a conflict when I agreed to pay my share and calme that amount from the insurance through my lawyer) ... that raised a red flag in his mind and . Yesterday I went to pick up my vehicle (unrepaired) I noticed it was scratched from the right hand side, totally neglected, I'm not sure if it was done in the body shop or was the Progressive insurance towing truck who towed it to that body shop. When I emphasized that to Fix Auto Shop they told me it wasn't them... and they can't do anything about it not they take any responsibility about it, and I should talk to the insurance company. No way I would recommend this place to anyone.

I think I found the best body shop in Orange! The staff was responsive, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. A few things popped up, as they do, and the staff helped come up with solutions to save time and money. I felt that they understood my needs as a customer and worked with me to get the best price and the fastest turnaround they could. The work was incredible. When I received my vehicle, there was no sign that it had been repaired and painted. Everything was as good as new. You will not regret taking your vehicle to Fix Auto Orange! They’re amazing.

I had a terrible experience with this repair shop. My car was rear-ended, and it took them three weeks just to fix the bumper. When they finally did, they installed a used bumper instead of the new one approved by insurance. Now they are making it difficult to get the proper replacement. I would not trust them again
