Tbh they did a way better job than what I expected! Ken is a very nice, honest person and super easy to work with. He was very transparent about everything. The front desk dude is also pretty easygoing. Yes they would sometimes miss your calls which could be improved. But overall, I would still recommend this shop to anyone who wants get a car well fixed and a good customer experience

This place is great and I told Kien, he is such a nice guy. Great customer service. Long story short, I got into my first accident in 35 years. Not knowing what to do or how my insurance would handle everything. So this may be giving a good review to State Farm too. But State Farm got me a rental and recommended Fix Auto on their preferred list, me never having heard of them. But right from the start, their customer service and level of support was top notch, letting me know what they were doing, needed to do, time frame, etc. When I went to pick up the car when done, they even said it was okay if I drove and dropped off my rental car there and they would take care of it. My car was fixed right and looks great. They work well with you, the insurance company and the rental car place. Getting into an accident sucks, you know it does. But Kien at Fix Auto alleviated so much of my problems and stress about it all, by working with all of the entities involved. Thus, I am giving 5 stars ( I would have given more if allowed to) and a clear recommendation.

Came over to get a small piece of my car snapped back into place and it was done quickly and for free! Staff are amazing, helpful, and care. They also helped me out with one of my leaking tires again, for free. I will be coming back here for any bigger issues I have in the future and if you are thinking about it, you should go too!

It was a wonderful experience! I had a broken glass and bumper need to be fixed for my Tesla. Ken was so thoughtful that he replaced the glass while waiting for bumper, so I have much less down time, then called me when the bumper and the rest of the parts arrived, was done in two days. The whole experience was smooth and clearly communicated, the job was superb, they cleaned the car inside out. It’s like NEW. Thank you so much, Ken and your team!

There's a reason why Fix Auto East is filled with cars in their lot. They do really good work with warranties on their materials/work. The hood on my Tacoma was oxidized and I've been meaning to get it resprayed but procrastinated since COVID started. This shop came recommended by Tyler over at Infinite of San Jose on Tully. They know which shops in the area are good. The things I look for in a body shop are communications, price and workmanship. Fix Auto East went above and beyond on all of my criteria. My hood looks like new now. Great job everyone at Fix Auto East.

Kien and his team did a great job with my 2023 Tesla Model Y!! My bottom rear end got damaged and Kien was able to order and receive the parts in a week and got my car repaired quickly. He is very easy to reach and communicates with you very well. He really cares about his work and that his customers are satisfied. I would definitely recommend Fix Auto to repair your car. I dented my back door trying to squeeze through a parking lot I had no business squeezing through. I hit a pole on the back passenger side door. Ken was super nice and gave me a date to drop off my car. His team did a great job and it was even ready early. Ken took great care of my car. He brought it back to look like new! Also, I like the location of his shop. There is plenty of places to park and if it's too crowded, Ken will park the car for you. I hope I never have to take it back!

I found this shop through State farm's select service providers and am very happy with the outcome and process. The estimate was reasonable compared to other shops that I received quotes from. Kien was easy to work with and he even recommended choosing a rental car location that was right around the corner, making the drop off and pick up super easy. They did a flawless job repairing and repainting my bumper that had scratches and was slightly detached and completed the repairs in 2 days (originally was told 3-4 days). Another plus is that they washed and vacuumed my car too! I would definitely consider this shop again for any future auto body repairs!

They did everything anyone in need of auto repairs would hope for. They were highly professional, extremely communicative, and fixed our Tesla Model Y to perfection. They even cleaned and charged the car for us, and while we were out of town, held the car for almost a week for us, without any hesitations. They helped talk to the insurance company, and ensure that they got the authorization to fix the car with authentic Tesla parts, and nothing aftermarket. Although I did think Kien and his staff did a great job of taking care of my vehicle. The minor fender bender that my vehicle was involved in is almost unnoticeable. -Update: after 10 days the color is off still. I tried giving the shop the benefit of the doubt that once the paint and clear coat has cured the paint would be really close. Most angles and in most lighting the whole bumper just looks like a shade or two too dark. Now I noticed some oddities where the damage initially was. I noticed a dent forming and I’m not sure how. The weather has been warmer lately so I will take it back to the shop to see if they can fix the color and the odd dent. -Update: Kien took a look at my bumper and was willing take care of it. Excited to see the results of the fix and improved color -Final update: Kien redid my bumper and it looks a lot closer to factory. Color is about 97-98% match this time around. I’m satisfied.
