They were late with giving my daughter's car back..it was there for 9 days. W when my daughter called on the weekend to see if her car was ready a person answered the phone and said it should be ready by tomorrow. When we got there on Monday we were told that the person who answered the phone was a tow truck driver and didn't know anything about what was going on with the car. You just say we had to make three separate trips down there and it was really frustrating. Then when we went to pick the car up the car wasn't there because they said they were taking it to be detailed but it wasn't being detailed it was simply being just rinsed off and they took it to my daughter's job all the way in mountain View after going there to pick it up for the second time.

They installed a “new” engine I would say but right away noticed it leaking water, not coolant, poor tightening of a hose to then notice they didn’t put coolant and also charged me for it. Drove the car home and overheated of course.did an oil change and it was bad oil. Really not satisfied with the turnout of the engine “replacement” since it should be running better with a new engine not giving me problems right away. Honestly can’t tell if they did replace it or not.

I had an oil change completed a while back. The service was quick and affordable. They even sent an automatic text reminder when I was due for my next oil change. Definitely recommend for a reasonably priced oil change. Also they were helpful enough to spot that i was low on other fluids. Dont know much about care maintenance and was happy someone gave me the heads up in time.

NO STARS. Horrible experience! Horrible tow truck driver! Ordered by Hertz to tow a Tesla M3 with two rear flat tires. Tow Truck Driver Refused to put Tesla on rack. Argued in my face aggressively until Hertz Auto told him he couldn’t drive it. Tow truck driver Purposefully Left Tesla special key FOB, Ignoring me while I was yelling for him to take the key with him. Very aggressive! Very patriarchal & disrespectful to women!

My experience was a blessing. My car broke down on my way to work . Not only did they fix the problem with my car but they loaned me a car to get to work and back while my car was in the shop . Everything just fell in place and will definitely recommend to anyone

I remember calling this company when I bought my first car and experienced a flat tire. I didn't have designated roadside assistance so I called Salazar's hoping the service would be prompt as a non-member to a brand. I unexpectedly received service right away, communication was straight forward, and the price was reasonable and affordable. Almost 10 years later, I recently had another car issue and had a request I was afraid would be hard to accommodate, but the owner Jose, and his employee Juan, made things extremely simple and to the point. I can tell this business is run by hard working people who know what they're doing, they ask all the right questions without the hassle, and they get it done. I won’t recommend this towing service. They try robbing me out 90 dollars saying I had to pay them an extra fee cause it was more mileage then expected. They said they recommend me to a local near by shop and they took my all across town to a shop they owned that wasn’t even open yet. I felt trapped having them tow my car like I was being robbed at gun point. They even demanded payment before they put my car down like I was gonna run away with it. But yes my experience with this service was not satisfactory. If I could would leave zero starts.
