I got into an accident at work a few months ago and originally went through my own insurance. Fix Auto was the closest auto shop covered by my insurance at the time. Manny was super helpful and suggested that I go through my coworkers insurance since I was the claimant. Once insurance was sorted out, the shop fixed the entire side of my vehicle so that it looks brand new again! Manny and Ed were friendly and helpful. I brought my Ford Taurus in and Manny was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!! He remembered our conversation from a few months back and he is a man of his word. He fixed my drivers side door weather molding where the clasp broke. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this shop because they have the most honest folks working here. Manny and Ed are open and honest and will always hold true to their word. I was sent here because my insurance (USAA) required an estimate from an approved shop. My first visit was acceptable. The second visit was not. The technician was rude, dismissive, barely inspected my car, and produced an unrealistically low estimate that did not reflect the actual repairs needed. Once I mentioned I planned to take my car to my dealership, his attitude clearly changed. Advice to others: don’t mention going elsewhere — they don’t like it. This shop appears to work in the insurance company’s best interest, not the customer’s. I do not recommend this repair shop. Do your own research before choosing them

Ed was fantastic to work with—kind, professional, and very communicative throughout the repair process. He kept me informed of progress and any delays, and my car looked great when I picked it up. One small area for improvement is vehicle readiness at pickup. When I received my Tesla, the battery was at 15%. Normally this wouldn’t have been an issue, but I had a doctor’s appointment immediately afterward, which made things stressful. As a suggestion, placing vehicles on the charger overnight when they’re scheduled for next-day delivery would help ensure a smoother pickup experience. Overall, I had a very positive experience and especially want to recognize Ed for his excellent service.
