The team was very responsive and worked out a plan to ensure we didn’t have to have the card in the shop longer than needed by ordering the parts in advance. Great communication on progress. Made a hard push to finish on Friday, so we wouldn’t have to rent a car over the weekend.

Customer service was good but the actual work could be better. There were some paint issues after they finished but they did end up fixing it. It also took them two months after they finished painting to get the emblems for the car. And after getting them, the guy putting them on slightly bent it and it does not stay on flat.

I rarely give 5 stars to any business. However, Fix Auto is very deserving and has earned this in my opinion. The quality of the workmanship is more than 100% and the staff I dealt with, Shawn, Haime, and the office ladies, are the best customer service personnel! We had our catalytic converter stolen. Our insurance listed Fix Auto as shop that works directly with them. The first attempt at the repair didn't pass smog inspection. Getting replacement parts at this time were hard to get due to Covid. Returned this year to get the cat and oxygen sensor replaced before registration and smog is due. This time, parts were available and the repair now seems correct. We hope it passes smog this time. Note that we had a cat guard installed and that may be causing some noise during acceleration. Hopefully this will get better and go away. We are glad that Fix Auto stands behind their work. What was already an ordeal, could have been much worse. So kudos to Fix Auto for honoring their guarantee.

This place is great, the front desk secretary was friendly and offered water and coffee and made small conversation with me. She made the whole process easy. Victor is great and made me feel like an VIP customer. After a short while while using authentic parts for my car it was ready. When I got my 2021 Toyota Avalon Hybrid back it was washed with tire dressing and the inside was vacuumed and cleaned and detailed my car inside and out. The windows looked great. I was impressed. It looked like it came fresh out of the dealership. He has a customer for life. Would highly recommend this place.

What can I say? Fix auto took my damaged Yukon on and had it done and immaculate in less then 4 days! Mario and David were amazing with the communication and I had step by step notifications on my car at all times. I recommend them 100 percent!

I strongly advise against using this auto body shop. My experience was filled with dishonesty, lack of accountability, and poor workmanship. I was told that my vehicle’s alignment had been completed at a local tire shop. When I contacted the shop directly, I was informed by the manger that my vehicle was never taken there and no alignment was performed. I had to take it to the dealership myself and get it done properly that was 25 miles and had to miss my office work. The trailer hitch that was damaged in the collision was neither replaced nor reimbursed. I was also told it was not available, yet when I called directly, I confirmed it was in fact available. This was a blatant misrepresentation. Even the cracked number plate frame from the collision was ignored and never replaced. Despite raising all of these issues with management, nothing was done. What’s worse, this shop inflated its repair bill to the insurance company for work that was never actually performed ie hitch replacement or reimbursement. That is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of integrity. This shop has demonstrated repeated dishonesty and a complete lack of responsibility. Based on my experience, their credibility is highly questionable, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

⚠️ PERSONAL EXPERIENCE – IMPORTANT WARNING ABOUT THIS BODY SHOP ⚠️ I am sharing my recent experience with this body shop so others can make informed decisions. My vehicle remained at the shop from September 11, 2025, to November 20, 2025, far longer than the timeframes I was originally given. Throughout this period, I received several promised completion dates that were not met. When I visited the shop in person to check on my vehicle, I found it covered in dust from sanding, including the interior. Based on my observations, the interior appeared to have new damage, such as ripped leather and overspray, which was extremely concerning. I was also informed that my front grille and headlamps had been replaced; however, when I inspected the vehicle, the parts still had visible rock chips and wear, which did not appear consistent with newly replaced components. One of the fog lights also had noticeable overspray, further suggesting issues with the workmanship. The paint job showed visible waves and imperfections, and some rock chips were still noticeable beneath the new paint. I had been assured that the vehicle would be fully detailed inside and out, but the interior still had dust, and the cleaning seemed rushed and low-quality. Additionally, I have attempted to contact the owner to address these concerns, but my calls and messages have not been returned, which has added to my frustration. I am sharing this experience as a warning to others based on what I personally encountered with this shop.
