Went to Jensen's after Capitol Honda told me I needed a new oil pan due to the drain plug being stripped. Initially I was told they could possibly repair it instead of replacing the whole pan. Well good news, looks like Capitol Honda was lying to me, the plug wasn't stripped. Jensen's was able to just do a normal oil change, no extra hassle or upsell. Saved me $500. Highly recommend. Won't be taking my cars anywhere else.

I've been going to Jensen's after making the poor mistake of letting wheel works work on my car. After 3 months there, I took it to Jensen's and they solved the problem in one day. Since then every problem I can't fix, I take to Jensen's. Very friendly and do amazing work.

Excellent service, friendly staff and family-owned. If you are buying a used car I highly recommend having it checked here. They just saved me thousands of dollars on a potential disaster car. Bob went over each problem with the car in great detail, pointing them out on the car as he went along and making sure I saw them and understood why they were problems. This is by far the best shop I've ever been to - I just wish it was closer to me.

I was visiting the San Jose area and the check engine light in my Honda Civic hybrid came on during my trip there. I was worried about it because I was heading to a remote campground in the sierras afterward. Friends recommended Mick's in Santa Cruz where I was and, although the shop was super busy, they took the time to check the codes and found that the fuel was running "lean" but they didn't have time to do further work. Since I was headed to San Jose, other friends suggested Jensen's. They didn't have time to see the car, either, but the person who answered the phone (wish I'd gotten her name), was so knowledgeable and helpful and reassured me about continuing my trip. She checked with another mechanic and confirmed her opinion. I made my whole trip and got home with no problem, and I felt so much more confident thanks to kind, experienced folks at both places.

I've been taking my cars to Jensen for years. They are always very friendly, honest, and explain in detail what is to be done beforehand. When I needed it, they let me have their courtesy car.

The Good: At first they were amazing. The Really Bad: After a couple of months bringing my car in for routine services, my coolant tube started to leak and the light came on. I brought the car back to Jensen's they fixed it for $1200. Two months later, same problem, this time they charged $800. A month after, problem reoccured, again they charged $800. We were getting tired of the coolant kept leaking and over $3000 "donated" to the Jensens. The forth time it leaked after just one month being "fixed", we took our car to another shop in Campbell. Problem gone. We reported them to BBB. Curiously, Jensen's deleted their old account and reapplied to BBB so that their slate is clean. Very dissapointed. Feel we have been ripped off and scammed by Jensen's Foreign Auto.
