Reasonably priced with effective brushes and free vacuum. Also lots of inexpensive cloth and sponges available at the vending machine but above all, the staff are incredible. So nice and helpful! Will definitely go back

This carwash will steal your money! There are way too many others in the neighborhood to waste your time here! Horrible customer service! Team is rude and could care less about their customers. Ill be going to Kings moving forward as they understand the true value of their customers! In regards to your response, your leadership had an opportunity to take care of it and failed! I was called a liar by your manager why would I ever go back?

I really like this location. Cleans much nicer than any of the other flash car washes ive been to, and its normally not busy so i can get in, get out, and vacxum my car in peace. Almost everyone there is super nice, and the mangers more than helpful. I've only had one problem with an employee, and that was the assistant manager trying to gaslight me and not answering any of my questions, and then just trying to rush me into the carwash.

Horrible, Horrible Horrible! Did I say horrible? I signed up for the promotion slightly after opening in March 2024. 1 cent for the 1st month and then $34.95 per month thereafter. Sounded decent...okay they baited me. Then exactly 30-days after, my very first payment was debited on my credit card at $40.36 (interesting amount). What happened to the agreed-upon price? The "agreement" albeit indicates they can raise their price anytime thereafter with a 30-day notice (price increase needs to be posted at the gate) they didn't even wait until the car dried before they increased the cost. To be in compliance with their signed agreement their price increase should have been listed when I exited the car wash. I washed the car several times in March and I certainly didn't recall seeing a price increase notice for current members. On May 18th I went into the office to discuss the issue and the manager made no attempt to make it right, even for the 1st month. I canceled my membership. Stay clear of the bait and switch business practices. Integrity certainly is not their middle name!

Poor customer service right at the start, attendant had some rude comment to say about “this generation” during payment, due to the fact I was trying to read the large signs with prices and descriptions and he was annoyed I didn’t pull forward for payment when he motioned for me to as I was not ready yet (with nobody behind me either). Car was also not fully rinsed off and still had soap/water marks all over it when pulling out of the car wash.

I came for a one-time wash, but Miguel's great customer service and explanation of the monthly subscription benefits had me sold! He was kind and so good at sales that I ended up leaving with the top tier membership! Flash car wash is lucky to have such a great employee! 🙏🏼

Fresh new building Eyything new finnaly one that has Nice vacuums you just have to pull it out the tube it’s always on. even has a nice strong air blower to dry your car or air out ya dirty cars from the inside.

I had to cancel my membership because every time I went I had to show the receipt. When I showed the receipt for the third time I looked at the screen and told the guy why do you have two cars in my membership if all I have is my car. Supposedly he fixed it and when I came back the next week they did the same thing again and I showed the receipt and he kept me waiting for 10 minutes while I made a call and treated me as if I wasn't the owner of the receipt. When he told me to come in and wash the car I came out and the front and back were dirty. Very good location but I had to cancel the membership.

Traveling from out of town, somebody was cutting grass in my Airbnb & decided to blast it all throughout the front end of my BMW!🙄 Miguel is very friendly & helpful clearing out the grilles/bumper for me because the grass was so caked on. I like that they had free vacuums & air guns to get stuff out of all the cracks of vehicles! The people were really friendly and it was a good experience! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for Miguel! 👏🏽

It’s a scratch tunnel, made worse by the fact that the employees can’t be bothered to spray the car first, thereby collecting the dirt and salt on the cleaning equipment which is beating on your car.

Absolutely amazing car wash! From the moment I pulled in, the employees were friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing a great job. The whole process was quick and efficient. This car wash scratched both of my doors. I went to the manager and he assured me it wasn’t from the car wash….. he couldn’t answer why I would have two symmetric scratches on my door after going to this car wash. His advice was to go through the car wash again to see if it would get scratched. Would not recommend due to the unprofessional nature of the manager. The car wash also left the back of the car dirty. Vacuums did not work to get anything out of the carpet or seat. TLDR; will scratch you car.

NO TRUCKS!!! Gave this place a 2nd chance and even told the attendant that I'm giving this place a 2nd chance but don't think he understood because his English was not very good. This car wash does not work on Trucks!! It does not clean the back of trucks. Funny thing is that I went to visit a friend of mine at his shop and I saw that the back of his truck wasn't washed either so I asked him if he went to the car wash on Fenn Road and he said yep and asked how I knew so I showed him the back of my truck and he got a good laugh out of it. I reached out to the car wash and went on deaf ears, no response. This place clearly doesn't care about quality or customer service. Go find another place that does a better job plus this place is on the higher end with the prices compared to others.

I’m giving this place 5 stars first off because of how great the car washes are and how amazing the vacuums are but most of all because of Carlos an employee that went out of his way to find my daughters earrings that were accidentally vacuumed! He didn’t accept a tip or anything he did it as he said that is apart of his jobs responsibilities and that’s what is expected of him. I have never met an employee so committed and loyal to their job. This guy is very honorable! Much respect! I kept insisting and he said if I absolutely wanted to give something to give it to someone in need to maybe one of the homeless people around here. That I will do I think that’s a great idea. He is such a great person! I wish him the absolute best in all aspects of his life!

Would not allow me to pay cash for one month unlimited. They make you use credit card which automatically recharges every month so beware of these recurring charges even if you have not used the car wash for months. Not a fan of any business model that relies on getting its clients hooked into a recuring monthly charge without the option to pay cash for the exact same service. Even my local gym allows me to pay cash for my membership if i choose to do so, my car certainly does not need one.
