Booked online for appt yesterday. Got email confirmation of booking. Was home waiting. No show. 15 mins past appt called them. Guy was very apologetic and said that the booking was done in error. Could he please come out today. I agreed to afternoon appt today. Received updated appt email. Made sure to be home at appt time. No show. 15 mins after appt time called the number. Got generic voicemail message that voicemail box was full and not accepting messages. Havent heard from them at all!! Very unprofessional and sketchy!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Like many others, I booked an appointment, received a confirmation email, and NOBODY EVER SHOWED UP. I would rate this company with negative stars if that were an option. VERY DISAPPOINTING. š

Used these guys once and did a great job BUT had them scheduled today at 10 and no one showed up here 35 minutes late. No phone call and didnāt answer when I called. I find this unprofessional. Do not use these guys since they are unreliable and unprofessional

Flawless touch saved me allot of grief yesterday. After being no showed by 2 other companies, I contacted flawless touch. I was able to get scheduled and seen within the same 24hours. Chasz came to my home and was professional and friendly. Saying the inside of my car was a disaster and smelt like puke and sweat would be an understatement. He didn't complain or make me feel weird. He spent a ton of time perfectly cleaning my interior and there is NO SCENT, he removed months and months of built up stain and mess. Im happy the other 2 companies no showed because I received great service here. I will pass this companies info to everyone I know who is looking for an efficient and affordable car detail. I myself will continue to be a loyal customer. Thank you for everything!

I am more than happy with Flawless touch. I initially contacted another company who wanted an extra $100 to do the work within 48 hours on top of a very high price. I found Flawless Touch and scheduled online for the next morning. Price was very reasonable. They were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. They took a reservation and confirmed with an email for a complete detail they never showed up or called. I wouldn't use them nor refer anyone to them if this lack of customer service is an indication of the quality of their work. Hope this review will allow others to make an informed decision.

Horrible experience!!! Would not recommend to anyone! Left my car an absolute mess for 3 hrs of work and $200. We emailed the business on Wednesday right after with no response. Dirt and grime was left in the cup holders, back of the seats and seats were dirty, the center console still had splatter when I spilled my coffee. I was completely devastated!

Flawless touch brought my car back to brand new! Our family is very active and uses our SUV for all sorts of outdoor adventures. It was filthy from a recent paddle/camping trip and after their detail it is completely spotless and honestly looks like I just purchased it. I couldnāt be happier and highly recommend their service. Truely amazing work! My dog made a mess of the car, dog hair everywhere and even pooped in the back seat. They got everything out, stains, smells, all the dog hair. Can't even tell there was a dog in there to begin with. The car looks better than when I bought it. 100% would recommend.
