Went in there on Sunday around 1:40 pm to get my tire patched and the guys where standing around doing nothing and wouldn't help me out unless I had an appointment. Their next appointment that was coming in was 2 pm. They could had it almost done by the time they showed up but they made excuses and stopped taking to me and start talking to each other like I didn't exist. It was the worst experience ever. I will never ever take my vehicle there again. The rest of the store is awesome but the auto service sucks big time and after bought few things 1 person out of the appointments showed up so the other tech could of fixed it but they rather sit and get paid

While it seems the technician’s skill as well as the cost of service was typical of shops in the area, the customer service, communication, and general attitude of the auto service team was very poor. It made enough of a sour impression to motivate me to leave this review. The conclusion of the technician after a very cursory brake and suspension inspection was that I would be better served to go to a full service mechanic shop, and I would recommend the same to others. Although certain import vehicles like mine are nuanced and can be overly complicated, my primary complaint is that there was a lack of communication of what they found during the inspection. Finally, I have an ignition interlock device in my vehicle. Many facilities have technicians experienced in handling these devices. Fleet farm is not among them, and if you have one, expect to remain nearby at all times. Also, the payment system is archaic and does not accept modern contactless payment protocol such as Apple Pay. As there are many other choices in the area for mechanic services that have similar prices, better customer service, and more convenient hours, my recommendation would be for a prospect to consider one of those other shops.

My wife’s SUV had a small nail in the tire. I discovered the tread was pretty low called the store. Tracy was very knowledgeable and asked questions to determine the right tires and the best deal for my vehicle. He was also able to get me set up for an appointment right away made the entire experience very easily and stress-free. After getting the tires installed the team help me understand how the road hazard service work. Everybody there was very helpful. It’s nice to bring a vehicle to somewhere where you can trust they will take care of you.

Have used this Fleet Farm multiple times over the years for routine maintenance on my vehicles and have always had great service. At my last visit, I had trouble getting my truck hood to stay closed. Dana and a team member stayed late to get the issue fixed, in the rain even, so I could get home safely. Amazing customer service.
