My car has problems all the time what with me treating it like crap and I always prefer coming here because it’s just such a great experience every time. Just recently they fixed the undercarriage of my car at no charge. LOVE THIS PLACE!

It's not very often that you get to have such an incredible customer service experience that it almost brings you to tears! Brakes Plus in Cedar Falls really helped flip the script for me today. I originally called the Brakes Plus in Waterloo and spoke with a person named Dusty. I asked him if he could give me a quote for breaks and rotors. He told me that it would be between 800-1000 dollars. He also told me there was no way to give me a baseline quote. He said I would have to bring my car in to be inspected, but didn't offer an appointment or anything. He seemed annoyed. I hung up the phone with him. My husband said to call the one in Cedar Falls, so I did. I had the pleasure of speaking with Lee. He was kind, informative and patient! He scheduled an appointment for me. After inspection, there were more problems than I realized. It was going to cost way more than I had planned for, BUT Lee and Cody worked with me on several options that fit better into my budget. I have to say that this is what true customer service and kindness is all about!! Brakes Plus in Cedar Falls now has my future business and I will let others know about them as well. Thank you!!!

We’ve been bringing our vehicles to this location for years, both when it was Tuffy’s and now as Brakes Plus, and they’ve consistently provided excellent service and honest advice. Most recently, we needed help replacing the license plate on our son’s car, but the screws were so rusted that we couldn’t get them off ourselves no matter what we tried. We called Brakes Plus, and they told us to bring the car in right away. They worked on getting the bolts off, which was no easy task and a lot of time, but in the end, they got it done and installed the new plate for us. Even after spending so much time on it, they didn’t charge us a thing. That gesture alone speaks volumes, but honestly, we’ve had great experiences with them every time. They’re professional, friendly, and most importantly, honest, which is something we truly value. Highly recommend Brakes Plus. Not just for this one helpful moment, but for the years of great service they’ve provided to our family. Thank you again!

I can'not say enough about the service my family and I received at this location. From the moment I met the manager Cody I knew my concerns with my daughter's car were going to be handled professionally and competently. The welcome I received at this location was one of a kind and I am very pleased with the customer service and camaraderie that I witnessed between Cody and his staff. I would more than recommend this location whatever your automotive needs are and know that you will be treated fairly and respectfully and that your car is in the most capable hands in the industry. During my experience with Brakes Plus I had the unique opportunity to discuss my daughters cars concerns with the VP Ryan. I can tell you that he eliminated all doubt that the repairs her car needed would be completed to our satisfaction. Ryan solidified the importance of following processes to make sure things are completed properly and done right the first time through. One of the resounding statements he made was one of the importance of customer safety and satisfaction. This statement left a lasting impact on me since I have lost 2 family members at work. Both at a young age left for work and never returned leaving behind a grieving family. Ryan's statement and the family I witnessed at Brakes Plus will forever impact my decisions. I appreciate the opportunity to discuss with and be introduced to both Brakes Plus representatives. This place is the best. They will take walk-ins but it was extremely easy to get an appointment online. I was able to get one for the next day. I went there for a wheel alignment following new tire installation. Thankfully, they inspected the other related parts and components of my vehicle to ensure they were in good condition before moving forward with my alignment, which I really appreciated. The cost and process was explained to me, in detail. No pressure to purchase any other add on services and they had me in and out, ready to hit the road within the hour. Highly recommended! I’ll be using them again next time I need something done in my vehicle….I may stop in just for a cup of hot coffee, to be honest 😉 Thanks for all your help!!
