I can't say enough good things about the crew at Tandem. I was having a tough time last year finding a business in the area to put wheels, and tires on my truck. I was completely frustrated, and was ready to go out of town to get the assistance I needed. I decided to go to Tandem....complete game changer! Cam was truly AMAZING! He listened to me as I explained what I wanted, suggested a brand of tires and he showed me different wheels available for my truck. Most importantly, he treated me like a person who was there to do business and didn't dismiss me. I was really quite impressed. I purchased a set of wheels, and tires and they were installed in less than 2 weeks of ordering. The service provided was impeccable, and I have continued to go to Tandem whenever I need something done. They really provide top notch, first class service for which I am truly grateful. Here's a huge THANK YOU to the crew at Tandem.

Great service and so helpful. Instead of convincing me to buy an expensive, special order tire for my pick up, they happily were able to patch the leak. This saved me a couple hundred dollars. It's so nice to deal with honest mechanics.

THANK YOU. I've been dealing with a back rear rattle noise around the tire after getting my breaks done elsewhere. Since been trying to get the original shop, twice to figure it out & getting inaccurate answers. Tandem was able to properly check my breaks & immediately found the problem! It's fixed & Rattle is gone! Saved me from getting expensive parts that wouldn't have fixed my issue. If you need a second opinion on something, I recommend Tandem!

He walked me through what was going on with my car without being pushy or trying to upsell anything, which I really appreciated. The best part? He waived the inspection fee since I’m planning to get the work done there. Totally unexpected, and honestly just a classy move. The team was very helpful. They understood what I was trying to explain. Found possible problem, but explained they could not verify the point in question. They explained that the system held proper pressure. They explained that I need to monitor for further issues. I am to make contact with them if the issue returns. I was going to make another appointment for a further need. They fixed it before l left. I will be taking all my repair needs to Tandom Tire and Auto service. Thank you for your great service

These guys are the most dedicated team I’ve met in the Cedar Valley. They helped with countless installs, Most recently another shop off Hudson left my tie rods loose damaging my electric steering rack. Cole helped me source out a steering rack that’s been discontinued making the replacement as easy as possible in a frustrating situation. Matt took the time to have Porsche level detail in taking care of my car. Tandem is the Best Shop in the Cedar Valley. My Car is as healthy as ever thanks to them.
