Not a great first experience. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes upon arrival. An hour and 20 minutes later I was checking out. When I got home I noticed oil on my driveway dripping from the oil pan. I crawled under and tightened the oil pan bolt. The shop had three stalls but only one was used. Workers were swearing and smoking in the shop. Usually cost me $80 at the dealership, this cost $130 but they gave me a discount coupon for the delay.

$72 for a basic oil change for conventional oil. They spilled oil all over the top of my engine and didn't clean it off. Overpriced for what it is. There's better prices in the area for an oil change.

The service was outstanding. All employees were respectful, kind, and it felt tailored to the customer. They showed me what services they offer and how urgent they need to be replaced. Asked what I wanted to do and how they should proceed. Decided to replace some things. As for timing, stopped in around 2, was there until around 2:45 but that was due to waiting on something they didn't have in-shop, and extra time replacing something. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality, transparent oil change that gets you the most bang for your hard-earned income.

I am a traveling hospice nurse in the waterloo/cedar falls area so I am driving all day. I put hundreds of miles a week on my car and have to have oil changes often. I really appreciated Kyle at the cedar falls location today. He was kind, explained everything about the different oil change options available to me and was teaching other workers all at the same time!! Fine example of wonderful customer service!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I went to get my oil changed and had to return almost 20 minutes later because of all the lights that had turned on in my dash after I left, They proceeded to tell me that it was nothing that they did wrong. It was a “coincidence” and a “random” misfire of the spark plugs. They then told me that they could fix it for over $100 an hour. Obviously I turned and left and after consulting with my dad, I found that the only issue was a single hose being detached. It was something that wouldn’t happen naturally or by accident. It had to manually detached. I was shocked they didn’t even lift up my hood or check to see if anything was wrong. They just plugged in a computer and told me it was my spark plugs. It was clear they were just trying to get more money out of me. It was likely because I am a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars which was obvious. I wouldn’t suggest going here at all. I certainly wouldn’t let David, Aimee, or Devon work on your cars as they were the ones who did it. I will definitely be telling all of my friends to avoid this shop and go elsewhere.
