Wow where do I begin, well first off my beloved Toyota Camry had sustained some gnarly heavy front end damage from an accident I had unfortunately been in. After some searching around I found some reviews that were raving about Mr. Oscar and his business. My car sat sadly in front of my house for a few weeks before I was able to tow it in and get an estimate for the damages and possibly fixing it. He compiled a very detailed list of the possible prices depending on how I wanted to proceed. And explained in detail how each price broke down and what would be included in each price. Which I definitely appreciated, he was very detailed and honest and it made my tough decision very streamlined. I decided to say "Mr. Oscar let's fix this baby up" and threw down a few thousand for a deposit, lemme say this car was nooooot looking pretty at all when I brought it in. He said, I'll let you know in a few days the progress and we're gonna start putting this baby back together. He also said there would be a wait, he's such an amazing shop owner he had many other cars to work on. Fine by me I said, just keep me informed. He kept me well in the loop with the progress after a few days to let me know he started the work. It honestly ended up taking maybe the better part of a month and a half, but wow was it worth it. This absolute amazing human that Oscar is, lemme say honestly he's just a chill guy in general. The surprise on my face when he called and said the car was ready. I was blown away. I opted to not get the new paint job (couldn't afford any extra) but Oscar said he put a few coats of primer on the car cause he's just cool like that. All in all Oscar if you see this Tobias with the Camry says "YOU THE REAL DEAL AND THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS" And to anyone else if they ever need some minor or major car work done, trust and believe Oscar will take care of you!

Do Not Go Here! I wish i could give negative stars. Conned me on the estimate when I wanted to compare prices. Way more than initial estimate. No communication! Told me 1 and a half weeks, kept my car over a month! I’ve never in my life had a car take that long then I wanted the price reduced after they had been paid thousands of dollars and were rude, said no, and kept my ca. Also run by people not originally from U.S. I’d rather drive my car wrecked! Also I am a New Orleans native and not an AI bot so this is a 100% real review!

When i got into my car wreck i thought that my car was done for. Looking at it seemed as if there was no solution but putting it in as totaled, but determined to get it fixed and by the right price i came across fletchers collision center where for a fair price, Don Oscar fixed it up to the picture you see before your very eyes not only did he do an amazing and flawless job but it was done in such short notice and short amount of time. The service and work that is done at this shop is unlike any other. highly recommend fletchers collision center for any car body work.

My family has been going to Fletcher's for 23 of the last 24 years of which this family has been operating from there. Excellent, honest and dependable service. We have used them for at least eight repair jobs-----just recently this past August, 2025 for both my GMC Acadia and one of my boy's vehicles, a Subaru Impreza. I dealt with Oscar for years and his workers and now with Rosa and her team of highly skilled workers and technicians. They worked with my family and our insurance company for a seemless process and communicated with us and the insurance company throughout our repairs. With every repair, we received our vehicles back in excellent refurbished condition and in a very timely manner. Sometimes they are at the mercy of waiting to receive certain parts from elsehwere but continue to work on the cars everyday. They have an excellent crew who pays close attention to detail in their refurbishing. Reading through these excellent reviews and then reading this review from Mr. Lenfant, I can tell you there's got to be more to the story that reflects unfavorably on him, rather than on Fletcher's. His out of the ordinary, dishonest and negative review is questionable in my book. And then he went on to put them down for originating outside of the United States, what a disgruntled and miserable individual! What relevance does that have on the quality oif their work ? Every American originated through their lineage from other countries , except for that of the Native Americans. That was an attempt to discredit their good name and self worth ,from a repair shop that has enjoyed an historically excellent reputation. This family has been operating at this location for a very long time and the other 99% of outstanding reviews received speak for themselves. On behalf of my family, I'd like to thank the hard working and experienced workers at Fletchers for their help, friendly service and excellent repair jobs over the years!

After… and before! The insurance company thankfully didn’t total out my RDX, and Fletcher's Collision Center, LLC did such an awesome job on the repairs!! Looks brand new!! Rosa Is great, always very knowledgeable every time i called to check in on it!! I tried not to bother her too much, just had a lot of time on my hands & realized any delays were not due to them & out of their hands. Mechanically, there was only damage to the suspension, there Acura RDXs are very solid cars! The whole thing cost 3 cents short of 7 grand ($6999.97) to fix, which the other driver’s insurance covered although I was out all month from work due to the car repairs & the bills don’t stop coming so I’m scrambling to try to make up for the lost income… I must say the repairs were quick, the only delays were from shipping parts from the north due to the inclimate weather & on the insurance approval end. There was a small creaking but they took it back in & it was on the alignment shop’s end & quickly fixed. They are very thorough & made my car look showroom new!! I never really noticed all the small parts that go Into the external aesthetics of my vehicle. A lot of detail goes into the repair & the building of these cars these days. I appreciate everyone who worked on this & got it back on the road (and me back to work) for me! Definitely a 5 star experience! This is THE body shop that you want to go to for insurance claims or out-of-pocket self pay repairs!
