Normally don't have an issue, but had to wait 2 and a half hours after my vehicle was supposed to be done.

This is a hit or miss, AKA, Buyer Beware. The staff is super friendly...but for a company to sell cars they did not inform you, they do not really service... I would of bought one they did. They sell and service cars so just don't get pressured into a car even if you are desperate.

Hmmmm.....the mailing I received for an oil change...had a different VIN number than the number on the Honda CR-V I have had for 2 years. At first they said they would not honor the mailing (for real)....but then said they would. Seems like they would update their system.....but at least they did honor the mailing

We just moved near the Burlington area, and I must say it's a very enlightening difference. Zach and the entire staff at Flow Honda Service Center are phenomenal. Zach went above and beyond to help in a pinch. Not to mention, the communication between service and customer is like family outstanding. If your Honda need service or if you're shopping for a new/used ride, stop by Flow Honda, and you won't regret that you did.

The service supervisor is so mature and immaculate at customer service that rather than handle the problem his own employees created, and/or talk the customer down from the ledge with logic, he hangs up the phone on the customer. Do not recommend.

I came in as my brake lights were constantly on. They check that and then asked if I would like a complete review. I agreed as my civic is 17 years old. Well, they found item one. I had to agree as I did hear the noise it would cause. Then they found item 2. And again I felt the vibration that it would cause. Well the number went to 7 additional items. While doing all that they look out for my comfort for the 2 hours. I feel that they helped me

Overall, bad service. Disappointing performance. Not very organized. Took way more time to fix than initially informed. Took a whole day, but initially told me it will take 1 hour and a half. So, much hassle and lack of intention to fix problem. Didn't even allow a loaner car. Very disorganized and irresponsible. If possible, avoid this one.

Had an appointment today at 12pm today for a routine oil change and couldn’t have asked for a better time. Nathaniel was super helpful and I could tell he really did enjoy his job. Thank you again for the awesome service!

Brought my wife’s Honda accord for typically maintenance checks and she made an appointment ahead of time for Saturday 8:30am drop off. She asked if they could have it done by lunch and they replied to her, “yes, no problem”. I returned at 1:30pm to check on status since she had not received a text to come pickup. To me it’s a bit unethical to have a scheduled appointment and have to wait 4+ hours for routine maintenance. I can do any of those checks in a couple of hours by myself and I understand that there are other customers. But again, that’s the reason for scheduled appointments. Flow Honda either needs to enhance their scheduling to align more accurately do the amount of real time it takes to do these maintenance activities or get more hands or experience on deck to do these simple jobs. I know that these words will be a moot point since I have read similar scenarios in this forum and it seems no corrective action is taken. Until these reviews start to reflect more positive notes regarding vehicle service and maintenance, we will be looking elsewhere for future service.

I received a coupon via text for an oil change at a good price, so I scheduled an 8:30 appointment on a Friday morning for an oil change. I dropped the car off prior to 7:30 that morning, utilizing their drop box, and I received a text notifying me that my car had been checked in prior to 8:00. I arrived around 3:30 that afternoon to pick up my car, but was told that it hadn’t even been started on - per the service department guy/whoever was working on the cars, it “wasn’t something he could squeeze in right then” and there were 3 people waiting on their cars in their lobby. What is the point of making an appointment if they are going to prioritize walk ins or customers that are waiting in person? I was highly disappointed and chose to go elsewhere for my oil change. I’d recommend reviewing your policies and procedures - making appointments when you can’t keep them is just bad business. The lady I spoke with when I came to pick my car up, Kursten, was very nice and apologetic, which is the only reason this review isn’t lower.

Long time customers of 10+ years. Brought our car in July 2024 for passenger side roof leak, paid almost $700 to have leak repaired. June 2025, the driver's side is leaking. Brought it back in and was given major runaround between Honda and the glass company that was initially used to remove/ reseal the windshield. After getting the service manager involved, he looked into it and still swore it was the windshield and didn't understand how the glass shop missed it. The glass shop agreed to remove and reseal the glass. Finally back at Honda again, they tested it and it still leaked. I asked the manager if this was something they felt comfortable fixing, and he said yes again. They tried sealing it up with some sealant where they thought it was leaking. They said they got the passenger side to stop leaking but couldn't get the driver's side to stop. The manager told me it was definitely the seals under the roof trim and it needed to be replaced for $1600, $1100 for the parts, $500 in labor. That if we did this, it would certainly fix the issue. I drove by and spoke to the manager in person while looking at our car, and decided to take it elsewhere. The manager did say he performed all this work at no cost due to us being long time customers with a recurring problem. It was at that point I lost all confidence in their ability to fix this issue. They had used clear silicone glue to glue the rubber roof seal/trim to the paint. They had also dented the top of our car in several places. Our car was filthy inside and out from their technicians. Stains on our light grey upholstery and trim. I had 1 body shop look at it and they basically shook their head at how bad it looked, plus they didn't want to get involved. I took it to another garage and they were able to remove all the silicone glue Honda tried using, found pinholes in the factory roof seam sealer, and was able to repair them. They leaked tested it after 24 hrs and it was fixed. I had mentioned the seam sealed roof joint/body line to Honda several times but they insisted it was the rubber gaskets under the trim. Those are just decorative and serve no actual function. Our dealing with Honda at this time had been almost a month, several weeks without our car or a loaner. We noticed Honda had removed some of the roof trim to seal under it and had broken and hadn't replaced several specialty fasteners. This cost us about $50 from another Honda dealership to get the hardware to fix what Flow Honda messed up. Now our car was leak free but it has several dents from their technician. Honda agreed to have paintless dent removal done. After almost 2 weeks of me bugging Honda to get this scheduled and fixed, we brought our car in and they paid a pdr company to fix the dents. This was the last time we stopped there for any service. All of our dealings after the initial run around was with the service manager. We expected more and were disappointed in the communication, quality of repair, and timeliness. I wish they had stopped before they attempted any hack like repair and told us to go to a body shop. They did not help the problem and only delayed the repair with inadequate methods and under skilled staff.
