Took my wife's bike in for a new saddle. She needed something a lil more comfortable than the manufacturer seat. Raul helped us pick out the perfect seat. He even installed it for us. Met the owner while we were waiting and it's apparent that this store is top notch from the top to the bottom. We will definitely be back again. We also picked some apparel while we were there. I rode 20 miles on May 23, 2025, and somewhere around mile 15, my wheels started wobbling and rubbing hard against the brake pads—bad enough to make the last few miles feel like dragging a cinder block uphill. I took it straight to Woolley G’s Bike and Fitness, hoping for help. Instead, I got blank stares and zero effort from the service rep. She said she was busy with big project and didn’t have time to deal with me. No diagnosis. No solution. Just vibes and a limp apology. I ended up limping the bike 3.8 miles back to my truck. Useless. Then I found Fluger’s. Whole different universe. Shout out to Justin at the counter didn’t just glance at the problem he actually listened. We looked over the bike together, mapped out a clear plan for service, and made sure it was the right fix. While we were at it, I noticed my pedals were worn down, and he helped me pick out a solid new pair, $55 well spent. No pressure, just pro level guidance. Fluger’s is everything a bike shop should be knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. If you actually ride your bike and want a shop that takes that seriously, go here first. Save yourself the detour.

My wife and I bought a Velotric Nomad 2X for each of us from Flugers in Bossier. We are new to E-bikes, but avid outdoorsmen (women lol). Dereck took a lot of time explaining everything to us, adjusting the demos for us to test, and answering many questions. Extremely nice guy. While we were there several customers came in with issues on their bikes. Dereck and his staff helped them immediately. That sold me on Flugers! My husband and I just purchased bikes about a week or so ago. The service at this store was excellent. They were very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. We were able to “test drive” bikes which was helpful in making a decision. They have a big selection of helmets and other accessories. Would definitely recommend this bike shop to anyone!! The only drawback is waiting the 2 weeks to pick up our bikes. We are so excited and ready to roll!

Wow I am very impressed! Honestly I have never been in this store before but once I got here because I needed someone to work on my bike so I realized that this store is truly amazing. They have so many bikes on stock, any beautiful electric bikes as well for all kinds of people either young kids youngsters whenever. They fixed my bike and did a fantastic job I am very happy with the results. Certainly I will come back to buy an electric bike that I need and want to have. Thank you so much for your work.
