This was one of the most unprofessional and disorganized experiences I have had with a car service center. On June 30, I brought in my vehicle due to a check engine light. I received a call stating the issue had been diagnosed and an email with quote A. At the time, I declined the repair due to cost but said I would return soon. I scheduled a follow-up appointment for July 29 at 9:00 AM. I included notes in the appointment request referencing the prior visit and noting that my vehicle had open recalls. I received no update about my car despite leaving multiple texts and voicemails over the course of 48 hours. I finally received a return call in the afternoon on July 31 asking if I wanted them to begin the repair and got quote B. I inquired about my recalls as well and he said he saw them in there. When I returned on Friday to pick up the vehicle, I was presented with a bill that was $425 higher than quote A and over $300 higher than quote B. I refused to pay until someone could explain the price change. Lastly, I asked about the recalls and was told the parts were not available and that the work had not been done, which was also not communicated to me. This entire process was unprofessional and deeply frustrating. I was without my vehicle for nearly a week, had to rely on costly rideshares and favors from others, and received little to no communication from the team. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the service done seems so far to be the correct fix.

Quick Lane at Priority Ford has vastly improved their service!! I arrived super early because I was worried about long lines for state inspection only to discover that this is no longer necessary due to a totally revamped system. The professionalism and customer-centered service was refreshing to say the least. They've taken quality service to a new height! Great job guys!!

At Quick Lane, I had a four wheel alignment done to my 2025 Ford Explorer. The mechanic who did the job straightened my steering wheel and lined up my vehicle. The only dislike was the $15 for shop supplies. My vehicle needed an alignment so there were not extra shop supplies needed. Just charge me the $129 for straight labor for the alignment. Quick Lane is sometimes easier at getting appointments and they can handle most repairs.

Great customer service overall. I do wish there were better expectations set up front. I dropped my truck off for an oil change and 100k maintenance at 7:30 on a Wednesday morning, by appointment. It took a while to get through to talk to someone (2:30pm) only to find out they were keeping the truck overnight. I had to leave town the next day. If I was told they would keep my truck overnight for an oil change and interval maintenance, I would have scheduled the service when I could afford to leave the truck for two days…for an oil change. Aside from that stress and inconvenience, everything else went very well. I will continue to take my truck to Priority Ford for all my service needs.

My problem was unique and the team at Priority Ford patiently worked through it every step of the way. They provided a loan vehicle while they conducted troubleshooting. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and I am thrilled with their service.

Avoid this place at all costs. I scheduled my truck for three minor things: a backup camera recall, an oil change and a state inspection. When I purchased the truck, I was told that state inspections would be free. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told it would take a day, possibly into the morning of the second day. At the end of the first day, nobody had contacted me to give me a status update on my truck. I called and was told it would be another day. At the end of second day, nobody called me, so I called and was told that there were four vehicles still ahead of mine in line. After two days! I took my vehicle back and left a voicemail and a message for the service manager. By the middle of the third day he had still not called me back, so I had to call again. I brought the truck back in on the fourth day, and the work was finally completed. It was at that point that I was told that, despite what my salesperson had told me, I did not have free inspections. Terrible delays, terrible communication, and salespeople that make promises that the service department refuses to honor. I gave them one star because Google won't let me do no stars.

Goods: Everyone is polite, facility is clean. The actual employees are professional. Quicklane (the other shop on site) has been good for doing oil changes and regular maintenance. Bads: System is inefficient. Dropped car off for an 8:15 service appointment to update backup camera software for a recall, and diagnose a ticking noise in the engine. The whole day passes with no updates. I text the number on the automatic thread to speak with my service advisor, no response. I call the next morning and I'm told there are still two vehicles in front of me to be seen for the engine diagnostics. Also, the recall has not been addressed. My advisor hopes I should be seen within the next few hours. I text the number a few hours later, no response. I call back that afternoon, and now my service advisor tells me there are FOUR cars in front of me. Huh? How did the number in front of me double? It has now been 36 hours without my vehicle which hasn't even started any of it's service. The next morning, I call back again. Still nothing has been done on my vehicle, so I cancel the diagnostic and just ask for the recall to be addressed, which they did. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told that the appointments are just to speak with an advisor and not the actual service time. I'm leaving confused as to why the online portal and text interface lists the appointment times as "service appointment" and not "consultation." If the actual troubleshooting takes a long time, no problem, but my car wasn't looked at for 2.5 days and I needed it back. Will be taking my car to AAMCO for a diag.

I reviewed a text from Fred about s software error on my rear view camera, I replied that I believe I got that update in September. Fred recommended I bring my truck in, better safe then sorry. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off. After my appointment I received a call from Michael that my moon roof software update was completed. I asked about rear view camera that I had made the appointment for. Michael said I don't know the paperwork I have is for the moon roof software update. When I arrived to pick up my truck the service manager was there (sorry I forgot her name) and I asked about witch recall was done. Service manager reviewed paperwork and looked my account up. Rear view camera was done in September and moon roof done at that appointment. Why couldn't Fred or Michael have reviewed my account so I would have known what service was being done to my truck?

I was out of town thanksgiving day when my truck had issues. I had AAA tow the truck to Priority Ford where I left a message and keys in the early drop off box. The next day I had to be back in NC where I live, but Kevin contacted me at 7:30AM and let me know they would take care of my truck. Later he sent me video of the issue and let me know what the fix would be. The truck was fixed that evening and I was able to pay securely online and my brother was able to pick up the truck the next morning to bring it back to me. This was one of the best and easy customer service events I have been a part of and I thank Kevin and his team for their professionalism and responsiveness!

Rodney did an excellent job. I truly appreciated the level of customer service he provided. He kept me informed with step‑by‑step communication while my vehicle was in for service and offered clear recommendations on what was needed to get me safely back on the road. His outstanding service and professionalism stood out. Quality service is hard to find in this area, but because of Rodney’s exceptional customer care, I will definitely return and continue my Priority for Life experience.
