Awesome people Awesome service. I called them at 3pm asked for a quote over the phone. When i showed up at 4pm the quote was spot on and the service was awesome. Over 23 years ago, Bruce Warren was recommended as an honest, reliable auto repair shop. Desperate, I had purchased an 18 year old Ford Ltd that sat on a lot in Montana and drove it to Norfolk after buying a carton of oil. Soon after arriving in Norfolk, I visited Bruce's. He not only got that old Ford up and running but, through the years, he kept it going. At one point, receiving a new-old 92 Taurus, I visited Bruce to have the car tuned for the road. He keeps the Taurus purring! Throughout all the years, I have had my autos regularly serviced, repaired, and readied for inspection. I have had nothing but outstanding service, and reasonable, competitive pricing compared with services locally and in other States. Always, I have found the people at Warren Auto to be accommodating, working with me around my schedule ( and his ) to arrange an appointment or, in an emergency, working me into the schedule as soon as possible. Absolutely the best!!! Family owned, and the last of the mom & pop garages that are truly honest. I promise you, I would never let any garage work on my car except Warrens auto. I took my SUV to 5 places before i found Warren's, and each place misdiagnosed my problem, and charged me an arm and a leg.....and i still had the problem. It took their sweet, dear pops there all of 5 minutes and he diagnosed the problem perfectly . Very reasonably priced. Very trustworthy. I pray they neber change the quality they give.

Called this location and a female answered the phone with an attitude and very much disrespectful. I asked to speak with manager or owner since they will be the only ones who can answer my question. She says they not available, so I asked is there a time I should call back, that is beneficial. She got rude and said if I ain't going to tell her what it is don't call back cus she don't want to talk to me no more, then hung up on me twice. That is after I called back cus she hung up on me simply because I said they were the only ones that can help. GOD said let vengeance be HIS. So watch GOD work on u lady. I'm GOD'S property now lets see how HE work with u in your life

The ladies in the office are always patient. They listen to every word attentively and do there best to answer every question or concern. They ask questions of the mechanics on your behalf to be sure that you are fully informed before you bring your vehicle in. They treat you like a valued customer as Warren Auto repair. The mechanics are just as pleasant. They discussed the issues with my vehicle with me and made sure that u was well informed. They even suggested that I do not get unnecessary work done that I thought I needed done. I work as a mechanic for the City of VA BEACH and my father ran his own auto shop, Skyles Auto Service for more years than I can remember. I must say that the team at Warren are top notch.
