Traveling on our way home to AZ while pulling a horse trailer we had an issue with the air suspension on our vehicle. We contacted Patrick and he was able to work us into their busy morning schedule. Their awesome technician was able to patch the air line and got us back on the road quickly. Went in for an oil change and inspection! Had some suspicions of suspension issues. They were extremely quick and friendly when letting me know what was MOST urgent to repair. Didn’t try and push extra services but did let me know to follow up with them to address areas of maintenance. Oil change with OEM filter. Seems I have found a reliable auto shop.

Took them 13 days to find out it was my fuel pump. Everytime I called they said they had to retrace my wires because they seemed to be all replaced, which isn't true and I believe they were just talking about me leaving some stuff open when I was trying to self diagnose my car. Then proceeded to tell me my car wouldn't start when that was the problem the entire time on top of my ignition switch being sticky when I told him twice what the problem was with it and that wasn't what I was trying to get fixed. The guy did not even know about the code my car was throwing I had to tell him when I already told them about it when I first set up an appointment. I came in after two weeks to say I really need my car, Somehow they magically found out the next morning after I came in what the problem was. On top of being told they usually don't buy the most expensive parts but proceed to buy a 238$ fuel pump I didn't know much because this is the first time having to replace it. Online I find most of them for 50 to 107$. On their site they say they have financing but as of 8/7/24 they don't have it "set up" not sure why they advertise it if they don't even have it. Either that or the guy was just lying to me, also was asked if I would be paying with cash or card twice but was never told about the difference of using my card instead of cash and was charged 28 extra dollars. They fixed my car amazingly and fast when they actually looked for the problem, it works well now. If they were just too busy to look at my car I would've rather been told the truth.

I gave a call to Forthright and Jeremy answered the phone. He was friendly and professional and I immediately felt that he would give me an honest go. I needed a new starter and he patiently explained the process of troubleshooting and what would be involved in the process of replacing the unit. I really appreciated that because I'm in the repair business too, I just work on different things (computers). I had my truck towed to him yesterday morning, and man, it was done by 2:00. BTW, he informed me that it would be a good idea to replace the battery, which I appreciated because I, too, had neglected maintenance of the unit. Lol, it almost scared me how quick and sharp my truck started. I now have a new great mechanic and t top it off, he's just down the street. Kudos to you Jeremy and crew for an awesome experience! Right on brother!

Came in from out of town and needed two fleet vehicles serviced in a short time frame as I was leaving asap. All other shops could not get oil changes done in the time I needed them done. I called up forthright auto repair, and they got both vehicles in for oil changes very quickly. Very happy with my experience at Forthright Auto Repair. Check Engine Light issue revealed need to replace cam shaft position sensor. Auto parts store recommended Forthright as place to get it fixed. They are a busy shop. Appointment scheduled 3 weeks out which was ok as it was not an emergent problem. Also asked them to check an intermittent issue I was having with not being able to always shift out of Park. The waiting area was neat, clean and didn’t smell like an automotive garage. On the day of my appointment they were able to take me back home even tho they do not have an official shuttle service. While they weren’t able to have my car ready that day, it was the following day and they picked me up to get it back. They were able to find the intermittent shift problem and repair tho it was not one of the 2 most common issues. Everyone was very personable, work was done and has 12 month warranty on parts and labor. Cost was reasonable. I’m glad I’ve found a place to help me keep my 20 year old vehicle on the road and running safely. Highly recommend Mathew, Manny, David and the rest of the crew. They also do basic oil changes and emissions testing.

I had the best vehicle service experience in my life. After purchasing truck from the dealership side of Forthright auto l had to bring it back the next day due to a check engine light issue. They said it would be a ten day wait at first. Butt In spite of the place being packed with cars ahead of mine they squeezed me in since l live far out of town and had just made the purchase. Lucky for me there was a service bulletin remedy for the problem. They corrected the problem at no charge. This is the best customer service I’ve seen in years.
