Not sure how to aproach this review. Got a bit of an attitude when I had the gall to question the diagnosis. Even when that diagnosis was questioned by ANOTHER mechanic who's opinion I trust much more. I paid for their "Diagnostic" but picked up my vehicle without having their $700 "recommended" work done.

The fan on my car stopped working causing my Engine Coolant Temperature warning light to go off when I would sit at these God awful 10 minute long red lights. Not wanting the engine to overheat I was desperate to get it looked at as its my only means of transportation. Fowler's got me in the day I called, ordered my part, and had it done within hours. I am so grateful they were able to get it done so quickly. They were friendly, let me know the price up front and stuck to that price when I picked it up. Thank you Fowler's. I dont mind riding a bike now and then but hey, my car has AC : )

Always a honest guy and never over charges me. Have multiple issues with my Veloster Rally Edition and always got it working good. I'm only bringing my car to Fowler. Would not trust any other person besides him and his team and son I believe works there also so glad to know. Jeff and his son are great mechanics. The dealerships have taken over 6500+ of labor and parts for stuff that broke or did not even fix the struts correctly. Last time I'll ever trust a dealer to fix their cars. Still going bring my high end cars once I get them to Jeff.

Jeff and his son are top notch mechanics and never price gauge you. One of the few honest companies left in this field. If you need work done I'd highly recommend him. I've trusted him with my car for over 5+ years now and still running strong. Did a complete turbo replacement that would have cost me 5k plus but fowler did it for half price with the same brand new parts. Honestly, I'm grateful I have a trustworthy and honest mechanic to turn too.

I've been a loyal customer of Jeff's since 2005 and began using his service after being referred by many people In Safety Harbor. He is honest and dedicated to ensuring satisfaction. I tend to keep vehicles for a long time and have found Jeff to be a great partner keeping my vehicles running smoothly and charging very fair rates. When pulling into the Aldis parking lot yesterday we found our Nissan Armada spewed transmission fluid all over the entrance. Jeff could have easily sold me an expensive repair. Instead, he replaced the broken cooling line and sent me on my way. I could write many paragraphs of similar repairs! If you use Jeff, you will always get quality work! Update 4/13/2025: Since writing this review, I've continued to take my four vehicles to Jeff Fowler with great result. His expertise and excellent workmanship has kept the Rittenhouse fleet rolling smoothly.

Had an unexpected fuel injector issue with my 2009 Mercury Mariner, Jeff took me in quickly, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. I was presented with an invoice that was very clear to understand and a very reasonable repair cost and the car runs great. Recommended – one of the true neighborhood garages that we all need to support.
