Haven't had repairs done. I called last Friday 10/22 for a quote and was told they would call me back. Never received a call back. Called again yesterday 10/28 was told they would call me back right away. No call back. I am very patient and if you tell me your busy or backed up I would completely understand. That would also allow me to decide if I want to wait for a return call or move on. They very friendly each time I called and sounded like they wanted to help. If I hear back or decide to use them I will update this.

Yai is a great person and a great mechanic. If it needs to be fixed he lets me know , but if it's safe then he tells me. I have had quotes from him and he got the parts for a lot cheaper and inturn passed the savings to me. He is very honest and trustworthy.

I took my hybrid there for a hybrid malfunction, they diagnosed me for free, they ran my VIN number at dealer to see if I have warranty and I did, they drove it and took it to dealer, followed up with the dealer and made sure what the dealer said was accurate, and didn’t ask me for any money, very professional and helpful and just to be nice! I’ve never met any mechanic as honest and helpful as them!! They will be my go to and I highly recommend them and will be sending more business there way!!

I brought my 2002 Tacoma to Clinton and Yai because my truck was driving weird. Clinton new instantly what the issue was and showed it to me. My rear tire was separating. Clinton presented me with options on tires and upfront, beyond reasonable pricing. My truck was finished in no time.The price I was quoted is the price I paid. Since then my truck has been running like new. I highly recommend this business these are top notch mechanics with integrity.

A mechanic you can trust. Never been their before but he gave honest advice on what was repaired. What he saw needing repair, and how much time you could be safe before needing said repair. As an example he told me of repairs to my brakes (probably in 5 to 6 months, repair to my fuel pump, probably within a year, etc.,) It reassured me that I could plan ahead.

I have not gone to Yai's shop, but I have experienced his humanity. I was stuck at a gas station after locking my keys, phone, wallet, everything in my car. I had been waiting already for an hour and a half at this point when Yai asked if I needed help. He said he had a part at his shop and would be right back to help me out. "For peace of mind" he said he wanted to run back to his shop, 10 minutes away, to help a complete stranger. True to his word, he came back and opened my car door and was gone before I could offer him anything. So I'm offering what I can - a vouch for his character. Thank you Yai for you kindness.

Clint and Yai are quite possibly two of the coolest people I have met in the state of Florida. You can really judge the quality of a business based on how happy the people are that are working there. These guys love the work they do. The pricing is also crazy good. I legit just want to go back to the place and hang out at this point. Do yourself a favor, go experience them for yourself. You will simply walk away a happier person than you were going in.

Yai installed a new side mirror that I provided for $25.00 less than 2 other local Safety Harbor auto repair companies! And gave me excellent service above and beyond what I asked for! Put air in tires, checked and topped off engine fluids and even put new windshield wipers on! Awesome experience! I can see why a friend recommended him! Honest and hard working

went to get my engine fixed after having so issues with it shutting off. they told me it was a quick fix but needed a lot of labor and expensive parts. so i paid the 650 for it upfront and lo and behold the issue was still there. told them that I want it fixed since that's what I paid for. brought the car back and left it there for a several days only to find out the only thing they did was give it a 30 sec test drive, tell me I was wrong and the engine had no issues. and moved it to a parking lot for 7 DAYS sitting with no work done to it. I am beyond angry at this unprofessionalism and lying to me. anyone who needs work to your car just go to tires plus down the road. they actually do the work right and don't tell you there's nothing wrong to scam you

Went to this location to get an alternator replaced. The price was five hundred dollars more than anyone else.And they wanted the money up front. When I asked them why they needed the money up front because they had the car and I intended to get the car fixed.They advised that mechanic's leans are expensive. I would advise not to do business with this place.

Yai solved a very serious problem with the electronic brain for my truck's computer operating system. Nissan 2023 Frontier. He worked on it all weekend two days after Christmas and had it done mid day Sunday, and he didn't give up, like i feel a lot of other mechanics would have. He is honest and is way above the average mechanic and has the work ethic to show that. A+ knowledge and work ethic and honesty. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dependable new mechanic instead of some random place. Yai is a small local business owner in Safety Harbor, the shop is right off Mcmullen.
