This is my first franchi brother, I got into an accident on my 2021 Acura tLX, where I was hit from the rear and the rim and the side panels was messed up really bad, you can see the picture from the bottom this look like a brand new car and it only took them about a week to complete the job. I am beyond then happy to see how it came out. They even cleaned my car interior and exterior. I cannot recommend anyone enough if you have any collision damage, please come to franchi brother they will take care of your vehicle!!!.

They fought and fought with Progressive to make sure that everything was not only looking good but also safe to drive as my daughter drives the vehicle. Just picked up the vehicle. I am truly impressed by my experience with Franchi Brothers Auto Body. It all began with Alex, who assessed my vehicle when I arrived to inquire about repairs following an independent appraisal conducted for the insurance company of the responsible party. Alex was exceptionally thorough and honest regarding the expected turnaround time, and he kindly made an exception for me to drop off my car the following week. Throughout the entire process while my car was in the shop, I worked with Dan. My experience with the company that appraised the damages was less than satisfactory, as they initially undervalued the repair costs and were reluctant to include supplemental repair expenses for the right front running light, which was damaged after the vehicle impact. Dan went above and beyond to liaise with the insurance adjuster and the independent appraisal company. I am extremely grateful for his expertise and the professional manner in which he managed the repairs, as well as his ongoing communication with me via email. I would also like to commend Rose, who kept me updated and informed throughout the repair process. Thanks to the remarkable teamwork at Franchi Brothers, I was able to have my vehicle repaired and restored to its pre-collision condition, which was not my fault. While I hope not to require their services again, I will undoubtedly choose Franchi Brothers for any future auto body needs. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone needing vehicle repairs to heed my advice and utilize Franchi Brothers. Thank you, Alex, Dan, and Rose, for your outstanding service. P.S. I had to bring my car to them again after the work was done because they did a bad paintjob and they also left my mercedes with a plug disconnected or something when they took the front bumper off because I had the front collision assistance off alert coming up on the dash. The first time I took the car in, it was just for a scratch in the front, no dents or broken parts and still it took them 8 days to return my car and when I went back to pick it up the car wasn't done. The 2nd time I told the guy I was going to leave the car again from friday to tuesday and when I came to pick it up he said he tought I said wednesday so this ppl don't pay attention to the customers requests, now is wednesday and I'am here to get my car and he tells me they still need to do the calibration on my car to get rid of the light and asked me to wait for an hour until they get it fixed... the pictures will tell you more than anything.

Can't say enough good things about Franchi Brothers! They recently repaired my car after I was hit by a snowplow in my condo complex; they took care of everything with my insurance and made the entire process super easy. They also work very fast; my car was in for just over a week even with the blizzard that happened Sunday into Monday. My car looks brand new, and they even detailed it inside and out! The staff here are great; for women needing car repairs, I would highly recommend Franchi Brothers. The guys working here don't treat you like an idiot or talk down to you just because you're female, and they made sure all my questions were answered. Rose in the office/front desk is also fabulous to work with on scheduling and pickup. I am amazed at how great of service I got from Franchi Bro. We had brought our car in for some denting and scratches on our fender. When we received our vehicle back the car was as if it was brand new. There was absolutely no indication of a car accident left behind.
