While I appreciated Francisco being open on a Sunday to take a look at my car that wouldn't start, I do not appreciate being lied to which is the number one thing I look for in a mechanic. I took my car over to his shop to see if it was a battery or starter issue. He was able to quickly diagnose the battery, he did provide the option of going to Costco to buy the battery which would be cheaper but after asking him if he had a new battery in his shop and he directly confirmed he did, I told him I was willing to spend the extra money since he made time for me so I could support his business and I could save time since I was already running late. He pulled my car in the garage, took my battery out, then quickly threw it in the back of his truck and told me he would be right back. He came back with a battery he purchased (which I could have done myself) and I told him I was only willing to give him $60 on top of whatever he paid, but he was unable to produce a receipt so I had to look up the cost of batteries and then let him know what I would pay him, which was $40 less than what he originally told me (clearly trying to rip me off). He accepted, but then did not have any way for me to pay, so I had to scrape together cash from a couple of others who came to help me. I told him I wouldn't be returning and he should really be honest and up front with his customers, I really don't appreciate being lied to and taken advantage of...

OMG, Francisco was really nice! I’m new to California and just before I got here the dealer told me I needed a new &3500 turbo system. The check engine light kept coming on, and the next mechanic also said I needed a new turbo and gas cap. When I said I didn’t have money for a turbo, he said drive around if the light comes back on again, then you need to get get a new turbo . I went to Francisco, he explained that there was a ?gas fume leak which affects the turbo and it would probably just be fixed by tightening my gas cap. We checked and the gas cap was cracked, so he tightened it and the turbo engine light hasn’t come on since. Thank you Francisco.

So, while carrying a food delivery, I hit a nail and heard a great whoosh as I ground to a halt between Hillsdale and Ralston on the 101-South. I called Francisco's service, and spoke both to him and a good ma'am, who were very helpful and polite. He came out to fix my flat about 20 minutes later, at the quoted price. I got a flat tire while driving down 101 and stopped in San Mateo for roadside assistance. I brought my car here after to see if I could get it repaired or replaced. In the 25 years I have been driving. This has been the most pleasant experience with a mechanic I have ever had. I picked up my cousin at the San Francisco airport, and when exiting the airport, I downshifted to accelerate onto the freeway,. My 2015 M3 gave me a drive train malfunction code and the car went into limp mode. I pulled over and googled the closest service, which luckily was Francisco’s road service. He was open at 6:30 at night and the receptionist told me to come on over. I took the car to the shop and got a quick diagnostic. Misfire in cylinder 5. Francisco quickly diagnosed it as a bad engine coil, and spark plug. My brain was spinning on where I would leave the car and how I would get home to San Jose. Francisco said don’t worry about it. I’ll have it ready in an hour. This is now 730 at night and had my M3 apart in 20 minutes. The car was fixed in an hour and a half. I was back on the road by 830 at night. The price was fair but the service was unbelievable. This guy is a godsend. I was very Happy he was knowledgeable on working on my M3. Francisco se lo agradezco de todo corazón. Gracias paisano.
