Well upon arriving i was greeted by the tech who was genuine and didnt treat me as if i didnt exist the service was over and beyond what i expected the staff treated me like family and i appreciate that all the service and parts that they stated was fair for the market and even though its all business everyone wants all but give nothing when it comes. To the customer FRANK $ KIT shop was awesome PLEASE GO HERE IF U NEED QUALITY SERVICE FOR YOUR FOREIGN CARRRR. the recommended added service was veryyp informing so u know what u need to stay on the road and TRUST i will be returning for all my auto foriegn repair needs because i need to keep my ride at it optimal perfomance....ya dig😘 and i know Frank $ Kits auto repair will help me do that.....Thankz for help Anissa

Went in for a waterpump and thermostat replacement. They stated they they replaced them with all new parts howeved it turns out they never did and just didnt bother replacing the thermostat at all leaving it removed. They also tried to upsell me for maintenance i did not need. Avoid this place as they will do the same to you.

Even though i had a insurance claim, they made me pay the 11 thousand up front out of my pocket and get the check back from the insurance after. What they fixed wasn't even the problem and they already got paid so the old man didn't care. It took me 3 months to get my money back because the insurance had to put both mine and the shops name on the check. Luckily my insurance worked with me and just had me take the car to a real shop, but i still loss 2 thousand out of pocket because my insurance wouldn't cover what they messed up.

Had to get a smog done for my tags and saw this was the closest to me. Their fair pricing was ofcourse main point for me, but it was their professionalism and manners that makes me want to return. Will definitely be going here again for more services.

I remember last year my tercel overheated on my first stop to work. Thankfully these folks were on the opposite side of the street. Very professional. WILL suggest if any additional replacements/repairs are needed and for good reason! You want a half-job? Go somewhere else! Very professional, goes through how much things will cost and why. great first impression. (Tercel still starts up and drives btw, just no ac so mostly retired for corner store beer runs) EDIT: Totally forgot to mention but their prices are absolutely reasonable.
