My husband followed my mom and I to Frank's Tire. My husband had 4 tires, he wanted to be put on my mom car. Two guys were talking to my husband and than another guy (either the owner or manager joined the conversation) They proceeded to take the 4 tires off his truck, took my mom tires off than they advised my husband they needed wheel spacers. My husband asked how much was this work, the manager told my husband and than my husband paid him and tipped both guys before they even did the work. My husband goes to Discount Auto bring them back the wheel spacers, they're the wrong size. He takes them back and get a different size. The guy got one on the front tire, than the back rt/the spacer wasn't fitting properly. They were talking amongst themselves and decided for safety reason they would put her tires back on and put his tires back on the truck. My mom asked if they could put air in the tires. The manager said the guy would check the tires but couldn't put air in the back rt rear tire because it could explode in the guy face and he would be held reasonable. My husband left to take the spacers back. I asked the guy did he not owe my husband a refund he said no. He did a service that's not free. I told him we didn't come here for anything free, he had a cocky demeanor I called my husband and he said let him have it. If my mom wasn't feeling good I would have stayed and stated my case. I did say, so she can come back and not be charged. He said he could give her a discount for putting the spacers on. NO THANK YOU My husband made the mistake paying and tipping in advance. Surely, the changing of 4 tires 😳 🤔 was overcharged. We didn't get the service we came for because she didn't have wheel spacers to secure the tires in place. Well, the Lord has certainly been with her because she's been riding just fine all this time. A nasty attitude won't get you far. We were a blessing to this shop 🙌

Worst place ever do not recommend at all they sold me a used tired for $66 (which they didn’t even check to make sure it was in good condition) this was on a Saturday afternoon as soon as I left my low tire sensor came back on went back a few minutes later they where closed until Monday. Had to get another tire of course called them on Monday to let them know what happened and they guy said yeah no problem pass by and we see what we can do. I went there on Monday to waist my time and gas for him to tell me he was not going to give me a refund or another used tire in proper condition to use because I took it off the rim to get a new one on another place that was open on a Sunday. He expected for me to walk on Sunday and Monday because of their negligence of not checking the tire and not get another one lol just a bunch of scammers. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR TIME,MONEY AND NOT GET SCAMMED DO NOT COME HERE!! AGAIN DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!

Called about a tire sensor. They took the time to talk and make sure what the problem was even though that's not something they do. I was referred to a competitor of his. Finding someone that honest and helpful these days is rare. They will be getting all my tire business from now on.

Let me start by saying I try to only write bad reviews on businesses, especially small businesses, when something's very bad. I went here a few months ago for tires and an alignment. It is not close to where I live, I was passing through on the way to a job. After leaving I realized my tires were not balanced correctly giving me a vibration at certain speeds. The first couple times I tried to stop back in to have the problem corrected one of the mechanics was out the other one supposedly was just a parts changer and the owner didn't want to leave the store which was inconvenient being I lived far away but I get it. When they finally corrected the problem or almost corrected the problem, I believe I still have a slight wobble but not nearly as bad. In the process they messed up my rim and did not say anything about it. The coating is peeled off all the way around it like maybe from when they mounted the tire originally. I battled with that for a while in my head and didn't want to leave a bad review with it being a small business but I recently just did my tire rotation and I realized they cross-threaded my lug nut like they didn't screw it on before they started using the impact driver. I know it was not like this before because I had previously changed my brakes on my vehicle and there were no issues. I personally hand tighten the lug nuts and then use a four-way lug wrench so I know I did not cross thread it. Conclusion: if you have an absolute beater of a vehicle that you don't care if they mess it up and if you live close enough and don't have a job or a schedule and can afford to make extra trips for them to fix their mistakes this may not be a bad place to get a cheap tire in a pinch but if you have a vehicle you care about or have any kind of schedule I would not recommend it. Once again not looking to destroy a business but I do not want this to happen to somebody else!

I have a 2014 dodge journey RT. I Always have amazing experience when I come here a year later and still won’t go to any other place. Ben is amazing mechanic I always leave with knowing my car is fixed correctly every time I leave here! I get my tires have had my alternator and starter fixed here as well as I just had my oil housing changed! My car runs so much better. I always know if I need it fixed and fixed right to go here. Sam always gives great customer service and has the best prices. You won’t be disappointed ever leaving here!!!

My dad bought a few used tires here over the years. So I stopped in to get one last week with him. My car had no shake or shimmy with my old tire that was being replaced because it was worn on the outside. So after I took it up to 55 60 mph and the steering wheel was shaking. I was only driving 45mph in my area so I didn’t notice anything until then. Stopped in today and the owner comes out and feels the tire. You know you can check the balance by feeling the tire. Wow special hands he has. lol. So then he feels the other tire and says that’s the problem. It needs replaced. Yes it is I need of replacement soon but the car never shook until the tire I got from him was installed. So not even taking the one I got from him off and checking balance he just blamed it on the other tire. So I went down the road to another tire shop and paid $15 to have it balanced and the car drives smooth with no problem. I don’t recommend dealing with someone who does business like that. I was going to get some expensive 35” tires from him and I’m sure glad I didn’t now.

They tried to sell me their 2 used tires. 1 has nail and the other one has plug. When I said I don't want it because it has a nail. He said that it's not gonna leak and insisted that I take the tires. I also asked him about the pricing if I pay with credit card but at the last moment before I pay he told me because my credit card is discover card he will charge me 10 dollar extra. Also the guy that mount and balance my tire done terrible job. It's vibrating badly.

Every time I go to Frank's auto, the guy who runs it and his crew take great care of me. Quality used tires at an affordable price. The great customer service I've received here multiple times has been consistent. This tire shop has an air-conditioned lobby for the customers to relax in if they'd like to beat the heat, They have a unisex restroom to accommodate whomever, and they are LGBT friendly. When you go to Frank's auto, it doesn't matter which walk of life you come from. They'll take good care of you. I drive over 45 mins to go to this tire shop because they have my trust and confidence. DO NOT go to this tire shop. My husband takes his car in to get used tires and while there are other reliable tire shops in the area, Frank is NOT one of them. This is about the 3rd time he has sold us damaged tires with bubbles in them, and other issues before they were even purchased. We thought it was just the cold, but discovered from another tire shop that he has been selling us bad tires. I will not go and be scammed into buying damaged tires from this shop again. I know I should be buying new tires, but in a financial bind, buy used tires from time to time. I will not be doing this again, nor will Frank get our business. I would recommend you steer clear of him. As the economy is already in the dumps, I can't afford to be conned into paying full price for crappy tires again.

We got a flat tire today, we stopped at Franks and he was able to get us 2 new tires installed at a very reasonable price. When they took off the tires he told us about the breaks, (we knew we needed them bus were going to wait till we got home). He was honest about the price and was able to get them done in a reasonable amount of time. We spent about 30 minutes of our vacation and drove away. I would recommend Franks Tires to anyone in the area who needs tires or breaks. He has a fanominal buisness with knowledgeable employees.
