I wish the vacuum stations had air compressors to blow out things from crevices in your car. Also, if they had a cart with bottles with different products (glass cleaner, carpet cleaner, upholstery cleaner, etc.), and clean rags to wipe inside would be great. There could be a dirty rag bin for when customers are done. If it had those, that would be perfect.

This place is absolutely horrible. Service is horrible. The cleaning is horrible. Better off letting a blind man clean your car. The same rags They wipe the outside of the car they're using to wipe the interior vacuuming. It's like they just put The vacuum wand in the car and waving it around because the same stuff that was on the floor when I pulled in was still there when I drove away. I will never go back to this place. I will continue to go to New image, car Wash and vacuum the car myself

They do a good job. I would recommend getting a monthly package If you like to keep your car vacuumed and washed. Staff has always been friendly. The only downfall is occasionally The line gets really busy during peak hours but I usually just come back later.

Freeway car wash has an automated rail system (it pushes your car thru the wash - this style of car wash does the best job on rims and smaller cars and then they have a whole bunch of people who vacuum it out and hand wipe and dry your car. The best deal is to grab a monthly car wash and get unlimited carwashes. They open up at 8:30 AM and do not open when it’s raining. Leave the guys a tip, they work fast and physically hard.

Three times I've been there three times they did not completely clean my windows on the inside and each time they did not completely dry my car I had water spots everywhere particularly the chrome I don't understand pay all that money and then I ask why $5 to wash the undercarriage which I think automatically happens they're just charging $5 will not be back I forgot to say I don't know what cleaner they're using for the windows but later within a few days a type of covering comes over the windows which make very cloudy Don't know why

Usually decent for a wash, but I just went through and they only shined the tires on one side of my truck. Tried calling and no answer. Been going here for years with no issue and I believe I've left a positive review before but things seems to be slipping. Update: Just received a call from the manager, he's making it right.

Been a member here for awhile now and at this location specifcially quality of work has plummeted, they rush you in and out and don’t even give you what you pay for and they also tend to close earlier than posted business hours, I haven’t been a satisfied customer for some time now and might go be a member somewhere else’s

I would never go back i been going for months now they want to do stupid shit like leave my car still on the line after the shampoo and tell me to get in it im like you supposed to drive my car off the line to the parking lot Not leave it inside I almost bust my ass getting in the car cause there was soap and water everywhere after all the money I spent i was pissed cause they was right around the corner now I got to drive further away cause im not putting up with they bullshit anymore that was it

Brand new Audi SQ8 absolutely ruined by tire shine being used in the interior for their highest cost “interior/exterior” detailing. 100% bringing this to court. The cameras inside my car show them using it all over the car.

This was my first visit. I got a gift card in the mail for a full service wash ($22 value). I went on a Friday at noon and there were only a few cars ahead of me. There were signs showing you what to do. Full Service includes exterior cleaning (obviously) and interior vacuuming and wiping/towel drying interiors. My car went through the motions and I put a tip in the box at the cash register. They brought the car around for me. The guy spent a few minutes wiping down the driver seat, passenger seat, and dashboard. I opened the trunk to find nothing had been touched. I went back inside and told the cashier who said trunks are done by request only. The manager came outside and I showed him the trunk. He was very kind and said he would take care of it. He brought it back STILL WITHOUT HAVING VACUUMED or hosed down the floor liner/mat. I just shook my head and drove off. Other than the really wet floor liner/mat under the driver’s seat, the car looked the same. I thought, “what a waste of time.” It wasn’t until I got home and opened the passenger door that I became angry at how bad of a job they did. The baby spit up that was on the side of the seat was STILL THERE. And that was the whole reason I went to the car wash. Overall: DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had two cars fully detailed (interior and exterior), and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Both vehicles look spotless inside and out; the attention to detail was amazing. The interiors look fresh and clean, and the exteriors are shining like new. The team was professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in their work. How this place has more than three stars is beyond me. Paid for the works wash five times. First time my truck came back OK and I figured that's not bad for $33. The next four were terrible experiences. Each time I had to ask why the truck was not vacuumed. Puddles of water in each of my front seat floor Mats. The guy looked me right in my face and told me they vacuumed it while we looked at the crumbs and dog hair on the seats together. This is the first review I've ever left, but I would highly recommend checking out other full-service carwash options in the area

I brought my truck in for a full clean, and they completely skipped vacuuming the back seat area. When I brought it up to the manager, he told me he didn’t have time to deal with me. I waited for 20 minutes, and when he finally came over, he said vacuuming the back of a truck costs an extra $5. That was never mentioned up front. This place has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They were rude, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by going somewhere else.

The express detail package or whatever they call the express package where it’s a detail, but without shampooing the carpets or waxing the car Has got to be the best deal in all of Rhode Island. For $109 my full pick up truck looks brand new

I checking the website, it said $14 for interior cleaning. I went there to find out that I had to go through the car wash and pay full price for the entire vehicle to be cleaned only to get home and figure out that the third row seat was not touched and the nooks and crannies of the dashboard we’re not done as well and the gas and brake pedal. To make someone pay full price when the outside was already spotless detailed the day before so I can have a sanitary vehicle for my children is ridiculous.

Be careful of their detailing! Brought my mother’s car in for complete detail. $220. Manager looked at car prior and added another $50 to the price due to some dirt over side windows and in tailgate area. Upon pickup, all the windows had a fairly thick haze to them ( probably from using dirty rags) as did all the mirrors & gauges. The center console also had an oily residue that needed to be cleaned. Additionally there was wax all over the car that had not been wiped off. I found this after getting the car home. To be fair, the upholstery and carpet looked good & the on duty manager offered to re-do the glass but I couldn’t hang around for the needed time for them to fix. I spent an hour cleaning up their mess. Spoke to a different manager on 12/13 and basically blew me off with a shrug of his shoulders but did offer to “run the car through” which would accomplish nothing at that point. At the end of the day, they generally do a good job with regards to the carwash itself but their detailing, at least in my experience, mediocre at best.

Bait and switch pricing.. Site says $150 for 3-hour SUV interior detail, called and was told "could be $10-$20 more for dog hair, stains, or heavy mess, but at most $30 more", however, showed up and different person said they'd "have to charge $50-$60 more due to dog hair".. attached are photos of vehicle condition pre-detailing.. we chose to walk away and avoid doing business here.

A disaster. I used to go here frequently and it was fine. Over the past year or so the quality has gone downhill. 2 weeks ago I went for the "full service" inside and outside clean, and my car looked just as dirty as when it went in. They barely even bothered to vacuum inside, and the outside was covered in dirty marks. I called to get a refund and no one answered the phone. So I sent them a message via their website and no one bothered to respond. Never again.
