Came for a patch they charged $25 which is i think a little to high but it is what it is. Paid cash had $23 in dollar bills and had $2 in quarters because I rarely carry cash and the guy got upset about the change...its still money regardless I don't know what the problem was.

Freeway tires saved us Thanksgiving Day!!! We had a tire that popped on the freeway. They stayed open for us until we could get there and were fast and efficient getting us on our way!!! Polite, courteous, kind, and friendly! Thank you for your help in a very stressful situation!!!

Showed up for a patch said he couldn't do it.(that's fine) How much for a used tire ? 75 for one with a big nail hole that he'll patch up or 70 for one that was heat warped around the whole thing near the edge of the tread. It was Sunday and I was in a bind but that's robbery. I asked if he could do 55 after he pondered a minute said no. Not coming back. This place is not legit making prices up on the fly and selling dangerous products. 70 for one that won't last 3 months . Crazy. Stay away! Ps he wasn't necessarily rude I don't want to lie on him but he was very arrogant. He just knew I needed it and was trying to squeeze me. But in my stubbornness I told myself it's just a slow leak you can put air in it till tomorrow and that's what I did. Horrible shop

Do not go here for tires, they are very dishonest, tried to sell me a USED 235 65 16 and then when they installed my tire I watched them just mount the tire without balancing, when I had asked him about this he said they did balance it and blatantly lied, after I took the car for a test drive on the freeway it vibrated violently and I had to come back and get the tires balanced wasting more time, and the whole time I was here they were talking about me and providing a terrible customer experience

I recently found myself at Freeway Tires after a visit to Pep Boys, where my tire pressure light had come on. The young gentleman at Pep Boys was incredibly kind and honest with me. He suspected I might have a nail in my tire and offered to check it out. After a thorough inspection, he found what appeared to be a nail but reassured me that it wasn't in a critical location and suggested I could easily go to another tire shop for a patch. He even recommended Freeway Tires as a reliable option. Curious and a bit concerned, I headed over to Freeway Tires the next day. When I arrived, I noticed the atmosphere was relaxed, with two staff members casually chatting. I explained my situation and mentioned the suspected nail. They promptly took my tire off for inspection, and to my relief, they informed me that there was no nail at all. Instead, they noted that my tire pressure was simply low due to the recent weather changes. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism—especially since they didn’t charge me a dime for their time and assistance. It’s refreshing to find an establishment that prioritizes integrity and customer service. While I can’t give them a perfect score due to the initial confusion with the nail, my experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Freeway tires is amazing 😻 The Techs are sold people, they knock out your repairs in no time. They don’t try to upsell nothing you don’t need. Do give recommendations about tires but that’s it. This is my 3rd time here and it’s the same vibe all the time.
