I have pleasant experience with them. The mechanic I met seems quite sincere in helping me out and easily done a diagnostic without much financial fanfare. The thing I hate the most about car mechanic is I fear they are always trying to cheat me. I don't get that sense with them. Their crassness actually make things more real. I'll try to return to them with my Mercedes Benz in the future - oil change, and etc. Surprisingly, I trust them more than the other slick shops around. Thank you. Please stay honest, we need car mechanics in this world whom we can trust!

Went here upon recommendation from a friend about my mini Cooper's recent oil change in another shop. The other shop used an incorrect oil plug gasket, hence oil leakage from the drain plug. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional in correcting the situation.

I've often come here for routine oil changes, they're quick and friendly (hence the name lol). Recently came in for an AC repair that 2 other shops in SoCal couldn't figure out. Austin and Dylan were able to figure it out in no time with v reasonable pricing. It turned out to be a tricky electrical issue, with a part that was difficult to find w my car. They worked w me to locate and replace the needed part and was a smooth process. highly recommend!! They're often busy btw so you may need to check in if you have a repair.

Austin is awesome! He treats his customers very well. Recently I ran over a rock and broke the oil pan. I took my CRV to the dealer and they were trying to charge my $3800 for fixing it and $159 for the diagnosis ( basically they just ramped up the car and looked at it for 10 min). I towed my car to Friendly Auto Care. Austin gave me a free diagnosis and ordered a new oil pan from Honda. It costed me $700 to fix everything. Austin also offered me free diagnosis if I found or felt oil leaking. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Please be aware!!! Don't trust these fake online reviews. I left my car for coolant repair. Cost me $1000 and got it back with some crazy squeaking sound. Turns out they broke my radiator. Austin and his workers speak broken English, but can only bully me using foul language and refused to look into the problem. They started behaving after I decided to call the police. After this bad experience, I will take my car to another honest auto shop for further investigation. This is the worst auto shop I've ever experienced. Terrifying and worst service. Would give 0 reviews if I could.

I had a great experience at this auto shop! My Hyundai Sonata's engine light came on, so I planned to replace the thermostat and temperature sensor. I bought the parts, got a quote from Austin on Saturday, and dropped off the car on Tuesday. I picked it up the same day, and Austin told me the temperature sensor didn't need replacing, so they adjusted the labor cost and charged me less. The engine light is now off. Very honest and competent. Highly recommended!
