Louie is very knowledgeable, fast and accurate. I came here for a brake bulb and brake pad sensor lights were showing up on dash on my 2010 bmw 328i. He diagnosed it in a min and I was out with bulb and sensor replaced within an hour. Highly recommended if you want honest hands on your car.

Louie and Franklin are great. They went above and beyond. My brakes seized up on my 99 Jeep and they were able to take my car in right away, diagnose the problem and order the right part. It came the next day and they replaced it. When the replaces part was acting weird Franklin was really helpful and called and got the replacement part replaced (that was the issue) and the car drove great after that. I recommend these guys!!

I pulled up and the owner Loui was very kind to greet me and told me where to park. We discussed estimates very simply and obviously I went with him and was very pleased in every way. Not only was he extremely Fair priced he got my truck finished right when he said it would be, with no problem. As well as he also always checked my tire pressure and my windshield fluid as well every time I'm here, if that is an excellent service I don't know what it is. Thanks Loui

I have known Louie for almost 10 years. He is the kind of mechanic that one must not need to worry about anything. Many times all i needed to do is drop off the car off hours, throw in my keys in the office and discuss with him the next morning. My Audi Q5 2014 has some issues with AC and my friend, Brandon Le, recommended me to this shop. On 04/18/2022, at 8:30AM, I took my car to see Louie, the owner of the shop. I met Louie and explained to him what the issue of the AC system is and he told me to leave the car for him to take a look and he will get back to me that day. At about 1PM, he called me and told me that there is something wrong with the air blender and he does not have a tool to find out which blender that causes the issue. He suggested me to bring my car to the Audi dealer instead. I came to pick up my car later on and I asked him how much it costs to diagnose, he told me "No, no cost". I was a bit of surprise but I do not want to leave the shop without him to do any repair either. I asked him if the AC system needs to add some more Freon or not. He said No. I was then asking him if my brakes need to have a service. He came out and took a look and told me the brakes still have 40% life in it. Man, Louie is one of the honest and kind mechanics in the valley. I will definitely come back to see Louie when my cars need any service in the future and will strongly recommend this shop to everyone.

He was able to order, receive and install new front brakes & a new rotor on the driver side within a couple short hours. I brought my BMW in for an oil change and brake-fluid flush. When I politely asked which oil would be used (because BMWs require LL-01 or LL-17 FE+ approval), the owner refused to tell me the exact specification and only said “not cheap one, Mobil.” When I explained I just wanted to be sure because I had a bad experience before, he became defensive, told me “if you don’t trust me I don’t give you service,” and bragged that he owns three BMWs and was working on a more expensive 7-Series. I felt talked down to and left without the service. A simple “We use Mobil 1 0W-40 FS that meets BMW LL-01, here’s the bottle” would have been enough. Unfortunately the attitude made me uncomfortable, so I took my car elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at this auto shop. They replaced the battery in my Audi TT quickly and professionally. I originally came in with a warning light after another shop had charged me but failed to fix the issue. Louis took the time to carefully inspect my car and found that a wire underneath had not been properly connected. He explained everything clearly and corrected the mistake. I truly appreciate his honesty and that he performed the inspection free of charge. It gave me confidence that I was finally in good hands. Highly recommend this shop for professional and trustworthy service.
