I have tried several times to get a hold of this shop to give them my money, however every time i call it rings just a few times and goes to voicemail, however I am unable to leave a voicemail because it is always full. The only time I was able to get through after over an hour, I was told their computers were down and to call someone else. If you need work done on your vehicle, take it somewhere else.

These people are scammers. Brought a vehicle in to get serviced for coolant exchange because my light turned on stating it was low and needed to be replaced. The same day the light turned on again and then I was baffled. The next day I took it to a different shop closer to my work and had it checked. Turned out they never replaced the coolant. It was low and dirty. Later I went to complain in person. I explained the situation to the manager and he became rude, dismissive, hostile and flat out told me he wasn't going to provide me a refund nor did he want to see the findings from the other vendor who actually replaced the coolant. If I could give them a zero, I would. Don't bring your cars here.

I've been going to these guys for a few years now, my car's 11 years old and it has problems every now and then. All of the employees have been incredibly kind but Edgar is the one who usually works in my car and I've never not been happy. The prices are reasonable and they have a warranty on their repairs. Last year my air condition broke and they repaired it a month later it stopped working again and this time it was a hose since they didn't know if it stopped because of use or because of their work they repaired it free of cost. They are honest hard working and overall good people. If they don't pick up right away just call again, even after moving they are the only shop, and people, I trust.

Edgar is very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I brought in one of our vehicles for a routine oil change. The technician found a rear main seal oil leak. He encouraged me due to the low mileage on the vehicle to call and see if it is still covered under warranty. He was absolutely accurate! Thank you for honest and educated individuals like Edgar. I had a great experience at Midas thanks to Alex. I came in for a Lyft inspection and he was very professional, respectful, and easy to talk to. He didn’t just rush through the inspection — he took the time to explain other issues with my car that I wasn’t aware of and gave honest advice without trying to pressure me.
