Keyvin and his wife Brittany are absolutely amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, and above all - amazing customer service! Keyvin has been out to my unit several times now and does outstanding work. While they do NOT do warranty work, they have taken the time to write detailed invoices for me that I have been able to submit to Forest River to get reimbursed for the parts and labor on the work Keyvin has done. Wouldn't dream of spending my money with any other company!

I was extremely impressed with Front Range from start to finish. Their customer service and expertise is astounding. The tech was right on time, was persistent in finding the cause of our slide out leak, did an excellent repair, and was very fair and honest in the billing. Keyvin was an absolute star! We are over 1000 miles from home and had a major structural failure on our 5th wheel. Keyvin found the root of the problem and fixed a manufacturing defect and what the previous dealership service department failed to properly repair. Professional, detailed, and highly skilled. The RV refrigerator on my 2 yr old camper has never worked properly. On a warm day, it would never get colder than 55-60 degrees. Keyvin determined it was actually a mistake when the fridge was installed where the damper was blocking airflow in addition to less insulation according to the Norcold manufacturer's specifications. It now works PERFECTLY and we are so happy! Communications from Brittney were excellent and I give Front Range RV Repair my highest recommendation.

I found Front Range RV Repair through another repair service. Front Range was willing to work in my little remote area. Furnace in my RV worked but pretty noisy. I spoke with Brittney and got things set up to check it out. Keyvin said furnace motor needed replaced so he got it ordered, replaced it and also found some other little things needed done and fixed it right up! It was a pleasure working with both Keyvin and Brittney! Very professional but also friendly and easy to talk to! HIGHLY recommend! Thanks for doing great job from start to finish!

Highly recommended! Our furnace would not start on a very cold night. Tried all the usual stuff. Decided we needed an expert. Called Front Range. Brittany returned the call very quickly! Keyvin came out and quickly diagnosed the control board failed. He tried several other checks, was able to obtain the part and repair it the same day! He was very professional and courteous. Even offered some advice on preventative and parts to have on hand. Front Range took my stressful situation and resolved it effortlessly! Thank you!

I cannot heap enough praise on this small company! We are living in a very small camp trailer while we build a house and things keep breaking to where we had no hot water and then no water all, no furnace, and electrical outlets that kept going out. We could only turn on one light at a time or they were so dim that we could not see anything. Keyvin made a special trip to our place and fixed everything except the furnace (because we have to wait for one to be shipped). He REALLY knows his stuff and was SO quick and efficient! I had spent (literally) months trying to get a local plumber, electrician, and/or an HVAC guy to come work on these problems. Everyone hung up very quickly, telling me that “we don’t work on travel trailers or RV’s” of any kind. Keyvin came highly recommended and he lived up to every word!! I was SO THANKFUL that he came and I don’t have to live like a pioneer!!

I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with their RV. My furnace quit in the middle of the night and called in the a.m. And 2 hours later he should up to help with the issue. And then he helped me out with a water leak with no problem. His wife is a very friendly helpful person on the phone and he was extremely helpful at the camper.
