If you need a oil change or service, you need to show up in the morning before 9 am. It not the staff fault they are way under staffed. You are looking at like 2 hr wait by 9 am. Which may turn into a 3 hr wait. By 11-12pm it more like 4-5 hr wait. Plan ahead, maybe decide what you will do while you wait. The staff was great. They where friendly and kind.

Arrived at 3 pm to have a tire plugged/patched and they have no one available for the rest of the day. Out of town and can't wait till tomorrow. Don't waste your energy coming here for tire repair/help.

Just pulled up about 20 mins ago, and the hours online say they were updated 8 days ago. They should be open, but every door is closed and roped off. Oh well, I've been here before, and they take far too long to do a simple tire rotations, let alone an oil change. Go to Grease monkey or Jiffy Lube, nicer people, and they do more for the same cost. Don't waste your time or money here.

I had a nail in the brand new tire I got here. I came in to get it replaced and they wouldn't even look at it because I didn't have an appointment. I was in a huge bind and had to drive to Grand Junction the next day. They refused to help. There was literally no one there and I was almost in tears. It was a complete 180 from the last time I was there. I understand it may put your schedule behind by 15 minutes or so, but you just didn't want to help me. It literally would have taken you 20 minutes to replace the tire I bought from you less than a month ago.

Worst customer service experience ever the service techs were lazy and acted like they didn't want to do the job. I prepaid for two tires and they were looking for any reason not to do the job claiming the car was too big then claiming the online tire order may not be there just unprofessional then finally once they saw I had a prepaid order they start to do their jobs Walmart needs to do something about that unprofessional auto service center immediately

Went in for a oil change on Wednesday I go the guy who came up to my window had a attitude and told me that they didn’t had enough oil for me then he tells me if I want to make another appointment so I made one at 3:30 for next weeks Wednesday he made it on his tablet . A week passed I came back Wednesday at 3:20 for him to still be with the bitchi attitude and tell me what I wanted so I told him that I had the appointment I made with him last week and he tells me that I’m not in their sistem saying that I never made an appointment and I told him but how if you were the one who made me the appointment and he said that was a long time ago i remember you but not that you made an appointment and I told him again you even told me that i should call the day before i went to check if they had the nesesary things for my truck and he said no they don’t do walkins and that a lot of people tell him the same thing I was saying he was giving the meaning like if I wanted it for free . I’m very disappointed with them they need better service and they need to do their job rigth never coming back I already canceled the other 2 appointments for my daughter and wife’s car they just lost a customer

A three hour wait for this location today but it's like that with every location I've used. I tend to switch up locations to see which one has the shortest wait time. I don't mind waiting because they do a good job and take care of my family's vehicles with a sense of professionalism, care, and respect. I appreciate it. I was blown away by the efficiency of the car service dept. I pulled up and they took my car in immediately in contrast to other Walmarts I have been too. (Some have told me it could be hours while having no cars in their service bays). I am a traveler who drives all around the USA just to see it and put so many miles on that I pretty much get at least one oil change each time I go out and spending the day at Walmart is really not appealing, so I’m giving these guys an A+

Alberto (the manager) and Alex (the technician) provided excellent service for me and my vehicle. They treated me with the utmost respect and kindness, and they even spoke with my father who was out of town so he could be in the loop of what was going on with the car. They went above and beyond for me today, and I feel much safer with my car having been serviced by this team today.

I showed up for my install but My order for tires got delayed by ups and was never delivered. It was difficult for me because I had to special order the tire online so I had to drive on a spare for 2 weeks while I was waiting. Luckily Alberto and the rest of the team were really helpful and understanding and took care of me. They took down my number and called me as soon as it arrived. They were able to squeeze me in the next afternoon without having to set up a second appointment and it was a quick easy process. Great job guys.

Techs don’t know what their doing , from checking in the younger tech farusio or something like that couldn’t tell what kind of vehicle I had after telling him what make and model my car was , I told him I had an appointment and was showing him my barcode check-in link and he said “”what am I looking at “ waited 3 hours for my oil change then called the auto center to see what was the update and was told they messed up and broke my dip stick but didn’t not call did not update me at all until I CALLED after waiting 3 hours , tech told me to come in and they’ll refund me a new dipstick was super frustrated and I asked for a manager which then Justin took care of us and got everything squared away in a professional matter . I would suggest stop hiring kids to work in the oil bays me as a female can do better then that

Tried to call here today when I found a nail in my tire, but no answer. Drove over & was told that it would be a 2-3 hour wait since they only have one technician, and to call them in 1.5 hours to get a better timeframe to check-in. I called 1.5 hours later, no answer so I went back in to see about a timeframe. The guy at the desk told me he’s not sure who told me that they would be able to get to it today or why they said that because they are booked out for tire services until Friday. This team is clearly understaffed but also wasted my afternoon when I could have been looking around for another shop to get my tire repaired today.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Management was horrible, bought 4 NEW tires from them that lasted me a day before 2 of them literally folded off my rims after bubbling up. Was a pain to get them in in the first place just for that to happen, they gave me the wrong paperwork (which i didn’t sign for) with the wrong model of tires so therefore warranty “wasn’t valid”. Manager (SAM) was useless and gave me the run around and said to contact the manufacturer. Plus they had a useless worker helping them out from firestone which makes ZERO sense. He was useless and rude aswell, tried saying my brand new tires bubbled up in less then a day because of a pot hole. Overall horrible experience , from the product provided to the customer service. I wouldn’t even trust these guys to put gas in my car , 2 of the workers were really insightful but other then them i hope they all learn how to do their job. Don’t waste your time with these people, just pay the few extra bucks and go to an actual tire shop. Had to constantly go to the store every day and call every day for almost a week before i got in contact with someone for some sort of refund PATHETIC & HORIBBLE auto center. This was while back and i wasn’t going to write a review but thought people should know who they’re gonna be dealing with. Walmart will hire anybody it’s ridiculous

DO NOT GO TO WALMART FOR ANYTHING I went in for cheap tires and they jacked the car wrong bending the body and now the plastic trim below my door hits the door. They had me wait an hour to file a claim and now my car is unsellable until it’s fixed. 0/10

So a month and a half ago I bought 4 brand new tires from walmart.com and after they were delivered I had this Walmart install them. Then not even 2 months later I have a blow out on the interstate and so I go back to Walmart where they inform me that there is no warranty at all and I will have to purchase a new tire. Which not only is unheard of in this short amount of time but also contradicts what it says online about Walmarts tire warranties, and when I pointed this out the technician got irritated and walked away saying he would get a manager but it wouldn't matter and of course he came back and informed us that the manager had just left which was funny considering he had just been standing 20 feet from us not even 2 minutes earlier so that was convenient. The technican looked it up and said they don't carry any tires of our size in store and we would have to repurchase a tire online regardless which had to be done by a manager so we would have to come back tomorrow and just kind of rolled his eyes and walked away. overall the technician was very rude with an unwillingnes to help us find a suitable solution instead just seemed to not really want to deal with us from the start and then did everything he could to get us gone as quick (and as rude) as he could . He couldn't even be bothered to even help us get the tire out of our car to look at it and then after being rude to us refused to help load the tire back into the car instead just walked away with his arrogant self. Now if I get in a wreck between now and when this issue gets resolved due to driving on a donut I will most definitely be holding Walmart accountable and be suing them. I will be going to a different Walmart tomorrow to try to get this figured out, hopefully they have way better customer service and actually care about the customer and not how fast they can not help us.

Mr. Lorenzo the tech made my day today. I went only to buy a new battery because replacing a new one requires removing the flap cover and unscrew bunch of arms, etc to get to existing battery. But, he volunteered and with his extraordinary talent found a easy way to remove the old one and replaced the battery less than one hour. A difficult task like this and he completed the job within 30 minutes total shows expertise and efficiency. Allah be with you Mr. Lorenzo and thank you very much. PRAISE ALLAH!

my oil change done at Walmart on November 15, 2025, and today (November 25, 2025) my truck is already telling me that the oil is running low. Only 10 days later! This is unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this with any other mechanic. I trust an oil change to last, and this makes me question whether the service was done correctly or if the oil was even filled to the proper level. This is honestly a joke. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning for future oil changes. I expected better quality and reliability from Walmart’s auto service.
