Was on my my way to regular mechanic when car died. Luckily coasted into Fruitland Park Auto Repair. Told Harry my problem and said he would call me back in a couple of hours. Harry the owner was disrespectful, rude and tried to take advantage of a single female. He was price gouging me and got all offended when I found another reputable repairman to fix my problems for half the price. He was argumentative, lied and got upset when he wasn't able to take advantage of me. I took my car to him because of prior reviews but after the games he played I wouldn't take my car to him if he was the last mechanic on the planet. Run far run fast!

I feel fortunate to have found this business. It is a family-owned business that is well-known in this area. So good having the confidence with the owner, Harry, and his family of mechanics. I have an older vehicle and they are well versed on all vehicles. Don't look around for a great mechanic as you just found one.

Recommended this place to an older woman (aunt) that lives 3,000 miles from me (based off reviews I read online). It was a relief to hear that she had a great experience! Owner met with her, began diagnosing her AC problem by installing a dye and filling it up. Only charged her $40 bucks. Honest. Tough to help someone out when you’re 3,000 miles away, luckily for me it sounds like this place is going to be honest and provide her with some quality work.

I bought my f150 to this shop for a tune up because it was running rough and brakes. Well they said I needed a engine and all it was ,was a fuel sensor. This shop sucks they don't know what they're doing and I wasted a lot of money there. If you value your time and money do not go here. Fruitland park auto repair sucks.
