We would've gone with Fruitvale Collision Center had we not gotten repair assistance from a friend. Robert and Jose were responsive on Yelp and over text, provided competitively priced quotes that laid out options for using new or used parts, were candid in their professional opinions about the work we were inquiring about, and ultimately referred us to Autoglass Medics who replaced our windshield. After a collision, I took my badly damaged Honda Fit (on the front end) to this business. They were great. Did a great job. Kept me informed on the progress, as some of the parts (air bag) were stuck in the supply chain. I hope I will never need more body work done on a car , but if I do, I’m heading back to this repair center. I also will recommend them to any one I know who might need body work done on their vehicle. Robert was very communicative. Great business.

Stop looking at other places - this is where you want to go. Single woman, being quoted $2k by other places, fully expecting to be overcharged wherever I go. I pull in here last week and the guy is so chill, does some work and dots some paint on and tells me to buy the part needed myself to save money and come back with it. I did that today and it's installed and he asked for less than 5% of what others were quoting. AND my friend got to play on their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle vintage arcade machine while we waited which made his day. Will be recommending to everyone.

I believe choosing this body shop was the best decision I made this year. The day before Thanksgiving, while driving to the market, a reckless driver hit the side of my blue Honda and fled. The car's side was dented, and the door was severely scratched. Fortunately, I was able to schedule the repair at a body shop suggested by the insurance company. However, after reading negative reviews about that body shop, I sought another option and found Fruitvale Collision Center. The repair only took around three days because the body shop staff ordered the parts first and then took my car in. When I picked up my car, it was completely fixed and appeared as if it had never been in an accident. The staff members communicated and responded quickly. They were friendly and professional in explaining the problem clearly. I highly recommend this place to others!

Robert and the team at Fruitvale Collision are so delightful to work with. I called based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed. He asked me to text photos of the work I needed done before I drove or towed my car to his shop. He responded quickly, gave me a quote before coming in and my luck of the draw was able to fix my car that same day I called! He did not try to add on any additional things I did not need or ask for and the price was beyond fair. Sadly for my pocket book I have another car I will be bringing to him and I would highly recommend him for any of your collision repair needs. This was one of the best mechanic experiences I have ever had. I needed to replace my trunk latch and multiple other places had quoted me $500. These guys did it for $60 and were able to do it for me same day. They even were texting me with advice on which kind to buy online. So nice, so helpful.

I only had a minor encounter here to replace some headlights but I was surprised on how patient and friendly the staff were “Jose” if I call correctly waited nearly 3 weeks before I showed up to have them installed never once did he pressure or threaten to return the parts all he said was to keep in touch. not only was it fast and easy but also a welcoming environment I will be recommending people here when I have the chance to do so.

What a great and trustworthy shop! The head guys, Jose and Robert, are so nice and knowledgeable. Our SUV ended up needing pretty major front end repairs, and when other shops said nothing could be done, these guys saved the day!! They even assembled and installed custom Off-road bumpers that we were wanting to get. And they kept us updated by text and with photos from the shop during the entire process. Chick friendly. Hey ladies are you tired of dealing with shops that try to upsale you because they think you don't know anything about car repair costs. If so give this shop a try. These guys are not only friendly but they are fair and that is hard to find with any service these days. I have dealt with them twice and both times I was impressed and thankful that good guys still exist. In a world of uncertainty I know I can trust these guys to do the right thing. I hope I never need auto repair again but if I don't know exactly where to go and where you should go to, Fruitvale Collision Center.
