Needed my tire plugged as I had a nail in it. I was told they could get it done quickly and would be $20. It literally was done in less than 10 mins! All tires were checked for correct pressure as a freebee and I was driving on my repaired tire in 10mins! 💪😁 Highly recommend this tire shop!

...so ive been going to JD Tires for about 4 years but the service always sucks over there, I only would go because they had what I needed all these years. BUT today I had enough and drove off their lot in quest of another place. I decided to come to El Alex's Full Service Tires and they treated me like a VIP customer, they even offered me a cool space to wait and a water! They were super honest about all my tire issues. They were very detailed and simply worked with me. They informed me every step of the way what all they were doing to help me out. Most importantly, I felt like I was in good hands, like I knew they genuinely cared about my safety when I drove off. QUALITY service these days is more scarce to find than an English speaking kangaroo. I think I found a new tire home <3.

Exceptional service...very pleased with the ease at which my main problem (nail embedded near sidewall of my tire) was resolved and how quickly an assessment was made for what I needed moving forward. Very impressed with the quality of tires selected (two almost new Duelers!) but I was most satisfied with how quickly the tires were installed and the great pricing during this time of high inflation! Highly recommended.
