They takes weeks to fix your car. Super slow on ordering the the parts in. Super slow on fixing your car. Probably won’t fix the entire job like they did with my car. They will have you sign and pay for the fix before you even see the car and the work like they did me. I do not recommend this shop. Not a good experience.

When you move to a new city, you have no idea who your new “go to” people are, and you have to do your own homework and listen to other people that you feel will give you great recommendations. When I had an issue with my back bumper, Mercedes-Benz referred me to their certified dealer Batt’s. But I also did my own research and looked into Greensboro Collision center myself. I have to say, owning my own hair salon and dealing with Customer Service for many many years. I understand how important this is. I went to Greensboro Collision and met with Haley. She was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and a great attitude. I then went to Batt’s and they actually asked me for their copy And I said no I would like you to look at my car and give me your opinion. I knew right then and there I was not comfortable with them. I immediately called Haley back and set up my appointment for my Mercedes 350 GLE. I cannot express to you the feeling of gratitude, relief, and no stress that I had during this entire process at Greensboro Collision. If I ever have another situation I will not hesitate nor will I go anywhere else Other than Greensboro Collision and I will definitely speak to Only Haley as I feel she really did a great job throughout the entire process. So for somebody like me who has some pretty high standards to live up to because of my own business, you will not regret your decision to go here. I hope this helps anyone who is looking for the right place to take their car. I can’t thank them enough

**UPDATE** 14nov2024
They wanted to get my vehicle to try to fix the door issues they caused. They said they would get car from my house. They sent a tow truck driver that couldn’t drive a manual transmission. You can hear on video them burning the clutch & grinding gears. Then they tried hooking it up to lower control arm to drag on the tow truck causing more damage. He ended up not taking care of after causing more damage & leaving. I have All on video.
If I could give zero stars I would. STAY AWAY! DO NOT GO! GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! This was a simple door ding on a 22 dodge challenger with 12k miles on it. Was quoted just under $1500 for a cash price. I agree & dropped my car off on a Tuesday & told would be ready Wednesday following week. They never called me. On Thursday I called for an update of my car. Was told that the paint got rippled & they needed to repaint. So almost 2 weeks later with no phone call called. After another day they returned call & was told my car would be ready Thursday now 3 weeks after drop off. I arrived first thing in the morning. My car was in HORRIBLE condition. Absolutely filthy. So much fine white powder & dust. Covered everything including trunk. I was promised they would clean it perfect & deduct money for my time. Well the next day I go to pick up & pay. I found out they charged me an extra $400 to fix the paint THEY messed up & needed to respray. They lied & said they got my approval but had the wrong number is why they never contacted me the entire time. Also I was missing trim on the door I would need to install when they ordered the parts. They gave me $50 off.
After leaving with the car on Friday we had a rain storm that weekend. I have a dodge challenger & the window never was aligned correctly when shut & the rubber gaskets were not installed correctly. The inside of my car flooded & fried my ECU. Also because they never cleaned the dust properly & was inside my door jam in scratched my tint horribly. I informed them of why happened & the manager wanted me to take the vehicle from dealership to the collision center to look at the vehicle & let them fix it. Well I refused. The dealership fixed the car with a new ECU that cost $5k. Now my new window tint I need is $550. Also my car on car fax now says it was a flood damaged vehicle. My value of the vehicle was cut in half when had it appraised & my insurance company won’t renew the vehicle because of the water damage. The Greensboro collision center doesn’t care. The manger was rude & doesn’t understand why I’m so upset & said I should have just taken to them to fix the water damage. Now a simple door thing turned into a vehicle that’s listed as having water damage, new ECU, Warrenty canceled by dodge, insurance company dropping the vehicle & ruined my vehicle because of their negligence.

Had an insurance claim handled here. Some of the work wasn’t up to par. A logo emblem was installed out of level. Had to follow up several times. I marked everything for them as a template and they re installed the new one wrong again. They said they would reorder a new one after I told them it still wasn’t right. They never followed up and I was sick of dealing with it. So I fixed it out of pocket on my own. Also they chipped paint on my bumper cover in two places when they removed it. They said it was already there. When I asked for pics, they first showed me pics from after the work. I asked again and showed a pic that didn’t have the chips. We never resolved it and I lost faith in them. Finally some interior trim and clips were damaged and the car has some loose bits and makes noise that it never had before. I will not use them again.
