I’ve been going to fullers for my oil changes and inspections for quite awhile now and highly recommend them. They have a spacious waiting room with a television and clean bathrooms while you wait. They are up front and honest about wait times as well as pricing. When I came in for my oil change yesterday they did a top to bottom inspection of my new (used) car and went over it thoroughly with me. They were clear, answered any questions I had and even served up a side of humor. There was no push for any maintenance, only suggestions based on their inspection. Definitely check them out and get a rewards card!

I hate having to spend money on car repairs and don't have expertise in this field at all. However, I don't think I will ever go anywhere else...at Fuller's, you feel welcomed like family. They are friendly and courteous, even to each other. They don't talk down to you when you ask questions, and they fully explain everything before doing the repairs. No pushy sales tactics or sliding in extras. Pricing is fair and comparable. The waiting area is very pleasant, and restrooms are available.

Fuller's has taken care of all 3 of my Mustangs, repainting my 2004 Mustang GT Convertible and installing all new decals, fixing the front of my 2006 Mustang after a bike ran into the front of it, and will soon be repainting the side of my 2013 Mustang after a punk keyed it last week. I work in auburn right down the road from fullers so it was convenient to have service done to my truck there so I can just drop it off and go to work. Boy did fullers deliver. They did an outstanding job on my truck. Front end alignment was spot on and everything else was perfect. They were quick, honest and the back and forth communication was excellent and that’s how I like it. I want to be in the loop and they made sure that happened. Fullers gained a new customer. Fullers oil changes are always the best and when in doubt they always do a quick vacuum. It might not seem like a big deal when they vacuum but it shows how much they care and they go above and beyond with customer service. Not only that but they also send you photos of what is wrong with your vehicle and do a great job checking for issues. Many places will say you have xyz wrong with your car and lie but here they prove it with photos. Great job Fuller Automotive keep it up!

We recently experienced a car accident, and while thankfully there were no injuries our car was severely damaged. Fuller Auto and Collission had helped us in the past so of course they were our first call. I can’t say enough good things about Fuller’s Collision. After the accident, my car was declared a total loss by the insurance company, which meant it couldn’t even be repaired at the shop. Even so, the team at Fuller’s treated me like I was their most important customer. Scott and Marissa were incredible—they walked me through everything I needed to know, explained the insurance process in plain English, and helped me gather all the necessary information to move things forward. I felt completely supported during a really stressful time. Even though they didn’t do any actual repair work on my car, their care, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond meant the world to me. Fuller’s is truly a rare kind of business. I’m so grateful I had them in my corner. Thanks to the entire team.

Was driving on Route 20 and I was in need of an oil change Saw the huge sign posted on the Fuller’s auto for an oil change .Pulled in and the car was done really quick.They looked over the car with me and they even vacuum the interior of the car and cleaned the windows which was a surprise to me . Very honest and help full with my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. Had a problem with the alignment due to the bolts being frozen in the back. Took their time to by spraying the bolts and trying to free them which they eventually did. They saved me a lot of money by doing this and I am very grateful. Also took care of the driver side axel and did an amazing job!

I requested the entire front and rear suspensions, all nuts, bolts, bearings, joints, shocks, springs, drive shaft, and all braking components including hoses to be replaced. They provided a more than reasonable price and sought out vendors to rebuild parts where that made more sense than purchasing new. They completed the work within a couple of days, finishing with an oil change, inspection sticker, and headlight lense rejunvination. The truck rolls and stops great and should be perfect for the remainder of my retirement. I could not be happier with the constant communication to verify the approach and the final result. This was not my first time and I have been satisfied every time and plan to continue using their services.
