Paid 9 dallars for car wash girl asked if I wanted to pay 2 dallars extra for wheels to be cleaned I said no thought wash would clean them now I know y wheels where dirty I guess you need to pay extra for wheels now they must have a special button they push if you want your wheels clean So what do they call a car wash they don't include whole car you pay like a dealer everything's extra unbleavible never agian first and last time there

Trashiest car wash I’ve ever been to. Went this spring for a wash, and my car still had dirty marks on it when finished. Went today for a vacuum and their self serve vacuum was the most useless thing I’ve ever paid for. Left with a dirty car both times. And no humans around to talk to either

The touch-free wash is absolutely useless. I've used it on three different occasions and my truck looks exactly the same as when it went in. Can't even tell that the truck was washed.

After a sudden onset of late stage pregnancy car sickness, I called Fuller's in hopes that they would be able to take us as a rush client to clean the vehicle we planned to use to get to the hospital when necessary. Not only did they take our Forester in within a half hour of calling, we were able to pick up a cleaned vehicle in basically 24 hours. The cost was extremely reasonable and my husband and I cannot thank them enough for their speed and efficiency to get us ready for the road again. Will 100% be using their services when not in emergency mode, but still extremely thankful for their willingness to take us at such speed.

I've been coming here for years and I was very disappointed by this visit. The young gentleman asked me if I wanted my wheels scrubbed for an extra $3.00 and I said yes I would. Paid the extra $3.00 and both men neglected to clean the wheels. They only brushed the windows and bumpers. Now I will always refuse the offer to clean the wheels from now on.

Best car wash in Auburn / Worcester area…by far! Prices are great, but the service is why I won’t go anywhere else anymore. Whoever was the young man working in January 18th 2024, around 4:30pm, did a fantastic job and was beyond polite and helpful! I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! Excellent customer service. He got impurities off my tires that hadn’t come off at other washes, earlier that day. Now I’ll never go to another wash. Thank you Fullers!

After stopping at THREE different car washes in Auburn(change machines all down, crappy vacuums) I pulled into Fuller, let me say that while struggling in the heat with the change machine one of the employees came over & gave me some good suggestions to help get me going with the vacuum, he actually ended up starting up the vacuum for me free after I told him my horror story lol The vacuum suction was amazing, it even had a shampoo mode. I was so impressed & appreciative for his help with the vacuum, I ended up going thru the car wash too!! 1.5 wks later my car still looks great(I got the full boat ceramic coat) Great car wash, helpful employees on site!!

I've stopped by on my way home to get my car washed. They had two options: touches and not. A manager suggested to do a regular wash, otherwise, I would've have waited 40 minutes for 5 cars in front of me. Plus, according to him, a regular wash with the things flapping all over the vehicle, does a better job. Overall I was satisfied. After going to Early's touchesles car wash in Worcester for decades, this was a bit different.
