My. Insurance company send me to them to fix my car bumper and they broke my transmission and even with proof on vedio camera the kept my car broken not mepfre or comers or they who broke it and have it all on camera never fixed it im a dissable person and that is no excuse but i felt cuz i was a woman they just didn't care and i was a loyal customer with my insurance company for over 12 years still no resolution its been seen February winter storm. I dont recoman this place to nobody the owner has no people skill or customer services .but i guess i will leave this in God's hads i have my kids and still no mercy may God be with him maybe one day he will grow a heart.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The person helping me had no idea about what he was doing. I called ahead of time to see if they would apply pets that I bought and I was told yes. After driving there, I was told that they don't put parts on that the customers buy. Over all, the people were rude and the experience was far from good.

Had my truck done there fender and front bumper etc. Brought it there because the quality was best around. I looked around at other shops before selecting this one. Always look at there completed vehicles.My truck came back better than it was before accident. Like factory brand new my truck is a 2007. Wish I could have had a complete paint job, but couldn't afford it.

Got the car back detailed, washed, and waxed thing looked better than the day I bought it and I’ve had it for four years not even a spec of dust in the air vents I couldn’t believe it. My vehicle had been hit while it was parked. Kilcoyne took care of all aspects of the repair, from dealing with the insurance company to getting a rental vehicle. Kilcoyne told me I should anticipate 5 days for the body work. I had the vehicle back in a little over two days. It did take about 3 weeks for them to take my vehicle in but I think it was worthwhile.
