Just bought a new truck and noticed some noises in my front end. I do the usual google shops near me etc, This place came up; they were super friendly over the phone and got me right in! I ended up finding out parts of my steering were missing bolts! Crazy right! Well the technician replaced the bolt, told me what I needed to replace and sent me on my way without any hassle! All the way satisfied with this place, there’s a nice friendly feel about it and absolutely will be returning, shop rates are insane these days and this place is doing incredible things at such a low cost. 10/10 would recommend and will be back.

Mathew "Fuzzy" Fusaro and his wife Destiny are a couple of gems. When my alternator went during a trip from NJ to Colorado, Fuzzy's Auto Shop came up on Google Maps with strong reviews. I saw it first-hand: Matt is a top-notch technician, and a straight shooter. He found a few extra issues on my car AND SHOWED ME the problems, and there was no doubt that I really needed the work done. He wasn't just padding the bill. And I saw how he handled other customers too, with the same expertise and integrity that he gave to me. If I ever again need somebody to help me out of a jam when I'm a thousand miles from home, I hope I find somebody with half the skills and compassion that Matt has. Extremely pleasant experience. Destinee & Matt, the owners, were outstandingly polite and professional throughout my experience. They were able to take a look at my vehicle the same day that I initially contacted them, allowed me to wait in their waiting room while they looked at it, and offered me water & a means of entertainment while I waited. Before they started any work, I was given a comprehensive explanation as to what parts would need replaced and why, all while being shown firsthand the problem areas of my vehicle by the mechanic out in their shop. They provided me with an itemized quote showcasing individual pricing for each part I needed, as well as what they would charge for the labor to install each specific part. They have a card reader, so paying the invoice was as easy as scanning my card and putting in my pin number. I'd like to reiterate again that these people were absolutely wonderful to do business with and are 100% worth your patronage should you ever require their services!

Very professional clean shop with great friendly customer service. I was shown other problems with my truck that they could not service but they wanted me to be aware of. And they are animal lovers, with pictures of their pets on the waiting room wall. To me that is huge, but I like animals more than most people, I totally will trust these folks with any of my vehicles in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Had a Dr. appt in Iowa City (12/10) and just past The Village Inn Heard a loud noise from the left rear but then went away. Check tire pressure came on and was going down fast. It's a helpless feeling setting at a stop light watching that! We made to Jiffy Lube and pulled in there with the tire flat. They aired the tire but was leaking bad, so they put our spare on with no charge and called Fuzzy's for us and set up a time to fix the tire. My Dr. appt was at 10 and we made it there. Was late getting out from Dr. and made it to Fuzzy's. The professionalism and skill at Fuzzy's was great to see as we were strangers and 85 miles from home. Totally impressed with Fuzzy's and the icing on the cake is it was called a "Courtesy call" and no charge! If we lived closer to Iowa City Fuzzy's would be my go-to place for auto care and I have two Corvettes!
