First time using the repair shop since Mr. Gagne died but wasn't disappointed, the owner still treats you like family, I brought my 2015 Nissan Versa and it was First time I hadn't taken it to a dealer but I wasn't disappointed a week later and it's still driving great! No road calls, I'll keep using them for my other vehicles

This is by far the best auto shop in Houston, the prices are good and the service was great! I was greeted by the owner who was super sweet and she assured me everything would be fixed. The owner ordered by part from the dealer and the part was faulty, I traveled out of town , I called the owner on a Sunday and she answered and had me to bring it back in on Monday she texted me late Sunday to make sure I made it back into town the faulty part was replaced with no charge. This showed me she really cared about her customer! I GIVE GAGNES AUTOMOTIVE A 100. Great place!

The people at Gagne's were all so helpful and kind when my car broke down at a nearby park, and I had to get towed to their shop on Tidwell. I was staying out of town, and felt very helpless. They were all very nice, very quick, and my car runs like a charm.

The owner was very polite and patiently explained to me what she learned and experienced in regards to my car problem, and was very honest with me, and I felt very comfortable bringing my vehicle there for service. However, I give 4 stars because of the lack of communication that I received from them, granted that the owner came down with the flu and wasn't able to make it to the shop that day, and still managed to call me personally and I appreciate that, but I wish I would have been updated earlier that day to avoid some inconveniences later. Overall, I would definitely take my vehicle there again because they did a fantastic job fixing my problem and would recommend them to anyone.

DON'T go!!!!!! The ladies in there seem cool . Crook's, run.... I had car towed there not running. Wouldn't start and told my ex thought it was a blown head gasket. Well, they ran with that. Said I needed a whole motor. They do in finance and was approved for $4000.00 They left me $10 kept car over a week. Showed up unannounced to check things out after was told twice tomorrow. Missing work was dead broke after that. Car wasn't even in the garage, hood up and nobody working on it. As, I am missing work. So, get car back couple days after. About to drive out and car making a noise. They look and don't know. I even know it's the belt. Nothing, they only have me 3 mins on a warranty for a used motor. I've had problems every since. Come to find out a screw was half way coming out of motor. I've replaced the spark plugs 4 times with crankshaft sensor. Hearing problem.... I drive by their place everyday. I'll get a pic.

My regular mechanic was unavailable. Went to Gagnes for a water pump replacement. They diagnosed it quickly, gave me an estimate and started work immediately. Ended up having to also change out the thermostat. I also asked them to change my front and rear brake pads. They started work at 11:30am. I was back home by 5pm. Great communication. Fair pricing. Knowledgeable staff. I’ll be back.

Took my truck here to repair my A/C & windshield wipers, they told me they could do it at a fair price. After a few days (4), I went to check up on my truck because I had not gotten an update on it, that’s when they informed me that my phone number was somehow lost which is why they couldn’t give me a call & therefore they hadn’t start working on my truck. I have a backup car & was not relying on my truck at the moment since the A/C wasn’t working, so this was not upsetting to me & proceeded to let them work on the truck. When I got a call to let me know my truck was ready, I noticed that the windshield wipers did not get fixed, after explaining this to them, they told me they couldn’t fix it. This is what was upsetting because they initially told me they could fix it & was the reason why I committed to letting them work on my truck. The original quote I was given was $1.8k for the job, the price I had to pay was nearly $1.5k (only for the repairing of the A/C). I had really high expectations from this place, yet was unfortunately disappointed due to the dishonesty & lack of communication.

I may be slightly late as my work was done in the latter part of 2024, nevertheless here it is. I brought in my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado to get a transmission replaced or rebuilt and was given an estimate of $4200, The work was done to perfection and I couldn't have been more pleased. The best part was the price that I ended up paying was considerably lower than the estimate. I was so pleased with this because in the past I'd never experienced a repair shop where I paid less than the quote, usually quoted price or more. The customer service was exceptional and the work quality was just what I wanted. I thank you for your professionalism.
