Tyson is nice. However, I would recommend being careful of what you leave in your vehicle. I had some coins and an Oakley microfiber cloth go missing after getting my vehicle serviced.

I visited this dealership with the expectation of paying $84.95 (plus taxes) for an oil change and rotation, as clearly advertised on their website. However, upon arrival, the experience turned sour. Despite providing my car model and engine type (a turbo CX50) online, they revisited these details on-site, only to spring additional charges, citing the need for an extra quart of oil for turbo models. What's worse, they conveniently failed to mention other fees associated with credit card payments until the final bill. Suddenly, the $84.95 ballooned to $117. Miscellaneous charges like "Elect Communication" for $1.99, "Parts and Handling" for $2.00, and "other supplies" for $9.09 felt like a deliberate attempt at obfuscation. It's fortunate I paid in cash, dodging yet another $5 credit card fee that seemed arbitrary, especially considering the standard practice of waiving fees for transactions above a certain amount in most small businesses. Transparency should be paramount, and they should display the actual total cost upfront on their website and it will be fair, but it is disappointing the lack of integrity in their pricing practices.

I have an MX-5 Miata project and the service team helped progress our project with timing belt, water pump and other fixes given the cars age. They also diagnosed other issues for owner repair (punch list). It's cool that you can still run around in a 20+ year old car - a statement about Mazda quality. Gainesville Mazda provided me with a cool courtesy SUV while my car was in service. Thank you!

I've purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership, and had them both serviced here for over 8 years. The service department at Mazda is exceptional, they always take the time to go over my estimate with me before they begin the work and are flexible with my crazy school schedule when I need an appointment. Highly recommend!

I purchased my Mazda 6 five years ago from this dealership and have had it serviced there ever since. Tyson has always been most helpful and I have never had any problems with the work performed. Earlier this year, due to Tyson's persistence, Mazda replaced a portion of my dashboard that suffered from "sticky dash", demonstrating his willingness to go above and beyond for customer service.

We'll now I know why they have a 3.7. They were my go to place for oil changes, but not anymore. I made an appointment, took time off work and when I got there, they told me it was a 2 hour wait. What is the point of having an appointment? They also had my phone number and should have called me to tell me that they were going to be very behind.And I would not have left work early.
