Silverado 2500HD needed oil Sending Unit (sensor) replaced while traveling across the US. Galles told us they couldn't get us in for 5 days and another 3 days to diagnosis and repair. They told us it will be very expensive! Took it to Perfection Auto & Truck. They fixed it in 1 hour for only $200.

Came in to get my 2019 Traverse looked at. Talked to General Sales Manager JR Steffes about the issues I am having with the car. He took care of me right away and got with a service tech to take the vehicle to the back and look at it to get it taken care of. I recommend Galles Chevrolet for all your GMC and Chevy maintenance needs. I also recommend this place if you are looking for a new vehicle. My sales representative Anthony Cano recognized me came to talk to me and made sure we were taken care of.

This place is a scam, straigh up. I bought a 2001 chevy malibu off of the previous owner. The owner I knew along with his mother. He passed away so I bought the car. The car had issues and Gallas milked the previous owner and the mother a long with their insurance. The kicker, they gave a dead battery Acdelco made 12/19. So I took it to my local Cheverlet dealer which they will be replacing the battery, and they told me that Gallas never did anything to the car, and the battery was dead. The tie rods were screwed which was why it was there, and the ignition switch was bad. Like seriously? All kf these issues 1400 done on the car. Ummm 1400 worth of work was not done on the car. I plan on filing a complaint with the state and hopefully get the insurance department into this also.

I took my 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche and they charged me $5500 for suspension work, and it runs the same as it did before they worked on it. They charge for work that's not done right. I've had to take my vehicle to another shop to get it done right. Do not trust them to work on your vehicle, they will rob you! I regret taking my vehicle here, they didn't even take vehicle for a drive "after completing work" to make sure it was running better. The technician said it runs real smooth now, I replied how do you know if it has the same amount of miles going out as it did when it came in?

I asked for an estimate and to verify I actually needed a computer update and Leonard Garcia told me it would take 2-5 days to verify if I needed an update and would have to leave my truck, or I could just get it updated without verifying it needed it the same day. Leonard Garcia told me appointments don't mean that's when you get your vehicle worked on, that's when you drop off your vehicle to start waiting in line to get worked on. He said I should have been told on the phone that I shouldn't plan on waiting there because of how busy they were (when I called they said waiting wouldn't be a problem). I ended up going straight to a different Chevrolet Dealer/Mechanic and was glad I didn't leave my truck with this place for days to see if it needed a computer update.

Took in my mom's truck to get fixed cause no mechanic in town could fix it. Got quoted one price, was told it needed a flush (originally what it went there for) well it turned out to be 2 other flushes totally unrelated to what it was going in there for. They fixed the problem but added to the account about 700$ more ! Then picked it up, service man doesn't say nothing, truck is filthy from the outside and their trash from the parts or stuff they used was left on the floor, along with my Oakley sunglasses and beats that were left on the middle console. Never taking it there again, Reliable Chevrolet did a much better job with relaying information and keeping my cars clean !

Dropped off my vehicle on 12/26 because the check engine light was on. I knew it would need a water pump only through a diagnostic check at Auto Zone. When I arrived at Galles, the service rep (sweet lady) said they would have it about a week. That was it, really no further explanation there. Throughout the entire time they had my vehicle, no courtesy calls of progress. I received an email asking to approve services, but I wanted to talk to someone about it cause it should be covered under warranty. I called 4 times and left two voicemails. The followthrough is horrible. I am used to Rich Ford where a Service Advisor would call and give updates. Upon picking up my vehicle on 2/7, they pulled it up to the front, the guy jumped out and gave me my keys. He actually left his dirty floor paper and plastic, I had to strip it and put it in a trash myself! How disappointing.

I am very disappointed and will not return to the service department as we went in on Monday got our oil changed and tire rotation took an hour and a half which 20 minutes of it our truck was just sitting done and nobody came and got us or told us any information on the truck when we were out to lunch. We saw a note on the paperwork. They handed us that said we had a leak and They recommend getting a new tire so I called. I talked to the service manager and he said it was their fault as they did not communicate the leak to us so he told usto bring it back. I brought it back yesterday and was told it would be a quick process and that I could get a loaner car. it was six hours to Have them getting a new tire as we were waiting to get the loaner vehicle we were told we needed our license a credit card on file and insurance card for incidentals but yeah when we returned their car full tank of gas and when we got in the truck, there was trash that they should have taken out on the floorboard for where their feet were and they just left it in there for us to dispose so they want their car back nice and clean full tank of gas and everything but yet they don’t give the same kind of courtesy and we do have tire protection and when we got up to the counter, we were told it was gonna be $222 for that tire and they do not communicate with each other. I’m the one that had to tell them that we have tire protection. I just do not know why it had to take six hours. We will now longer be taking our truck There anymore Very disappointed in Customer service and they gave us a small Chevy tracks which my son‘s wheelchair barely fit in there as their courtesy vehicle again two mess ups we will not return ever to this dealership.
